Excellent service and highly recommend London Gases to all. Delivered next day with phone call to state 20 mins away. True professional and reliable service all round.

We have a water carbonisation for home use. Much better value than smaller C02 bottles.
I have been using them for years; they offer great services and a great exchange process with the bottles.
I have occasionally ordered other products again, all with very good services.

I am so impressed by London Gases' service. I ran out of Calor gas on Sunday evening, ordered a replacement canister, and it was delivered at 9:30 on Monday morning. That is exceptionally good service. Thank you.

do not buy gas from this lot. i accidentally ordered the wrong type of canister, and they want to charge £12 to come and collect it, even though they will already be coming to deliver the correct cannister. their website has 'free delivery' splashed all over it. avoid at all costs.

These guys are great. Super easy to order, and arrived on time, hassle free. I also appreciated the support from the delivery guy and customer services who were really responsive.

BBQ ran out of gas on Saturday, ordered replacement cylinder on Sunday, delivered by polite and friendly driver on Monday morning. Wish life was always this simple.

Arrived on time and efficient delivery, but the bottle was half empty, with the indicator showing only 1/3 full, close to the LOW pressure mark.

gas came back on the company did say they would replace my bottle which was kind so not so critical of the company now

Excellent. I phoned and they advised me to order on-line, but be speedy, as there are shortages so they are selling out.
It was so easy to register and order two 13kg refills for Propane bottles.
Next day delivery for free, to my narrowboat.
Chris phoned to confirm my details, and when I arrived back from work the new bottles were in place in my gas locker at the bow of the boat.

Ordered a gas bottle from London gases which unfortunately was the wrong one (my fault), I emailed details to London Gases and they replied straight away advising which gas bottle I needed.
I then ordered the correct bottle and they arranged delivery, collection and refund without any fuss!
Quick responses and fast delivery, all round excellent service from everyone I had contact with. Definitely recommend!

Once again London Gases have helped us as I need gas for my husband who is bed bound in the conservatory which is without heat at the moment, They have delivered the gas quickly and professionally giving us what we asked for, I highly recommend this 5 star company to everyone.
