Took 2 weeks for delivery and no feedback in the meantime.
Also received gold bar different from what it shows on website. I did not order the flat gold bar but I received the flat one.

Terrible customer service!
Placed a ordered and paid, after over a week no delivery and contract from them at all. Called multiple times and left message but no reply.
Then after almost 2 weeks was issued a refund that I didn't request with no explanation and no apologies!
At least I got a refund I guess, but would never use them again!

Terrible company, 2 WEEKS NO DELIVERY, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK.
Terrible company, They do not hold any stock at all and i been promised many times but almost 2 weeks and they haven't sent my order.
Very disappointed.
Strongly advice think before you order from this company.
Yes refund was given but there was no update on the delivery update or what so ever, you had my money for good couple of days and didn't bother sending Anyrhing.

I am sorry you feel this way Josh. As discussed, we were unable to send out the order without appropriate ID in relation to the Government regulations on Money Laundering, Fraud and Terrorism. Requesting photographic identification is the norm within the bullion industry and helps to protect both parties. You received an immediate refund when asked.
I've struck Gold
I was looking for a small Gold bar as a 70th birthday gift for my Father. Just a small keepsake for him to hold onto.
I came across London Gold Bullion and they had just what I wanted. The site was very easy to use and they offered a great selection.
The buying process was so easy too.
The product arrived early and was very well packaged.
Would definitely order again.
