Absolutely love London Grace Angel

Absolutely love London Grace Angel. Easy to book online and service is fabulous. I had a gel manicure and pedicure done before my wedding and even though it was nearly 4 weeks ago my nails still look great- if my nails hadn't grown out I wouldn't need to remove it! Also love the loyalty points system which means you can get money off each appointment :)

London Grace Canary Wharf

I would not recommend London Grace Canary Wharf. I've had gel removal manicures and pedicures at many different places, but I've never experienced such a disappointing service.

Lovely atmosphere & welcoming staff @ LondonGrace Chelmsford, though there’s room for improvement as thought, for a top notch pedicure it would include a lovely relaxing foot soak for £50

Two gels completely fell off in less than a week.

I would not recommend London Grace Leicester Square. I booked a gel manicure and pedicure. Whilst having the pedicure the technician cut one of my cuticles making it bleed and very sore. Then two of the gels completely fell off in less than a week. This had nothing to do with external factors like catching or chipping – the entire polish simply came off.

I've had gel manicures and pedicures at many different places, but I've never experienced such a disappointing service. I visited the salon seeking a relaxing experience, but between the cut cuticle and the gel polish not even lasting a week, I can't help but feel that I did not receive the service I paid for.

I had the treatment before going on holiday, when I returned and emailed them about my experience they said I needed to have contacted them within 7 days of the appointment if I had wanted to have the matter resolved.

This company fails to pay their…

This company fails to pay their employees a liveable wage, I was forced to work a notice period within my probationary period and was then charged for not working my last shift a month later because I found other employment. This company takes money from their employees for not working, the most unprofessional, sly company I’ve ever come across. They are also the opposite of sanitary and wanted their techs to use the same file 30-50 times, I am also a self employed nail tech and everyone who knows ANYTHING, knows that files should be used once and disposed of. The owner has stated multiple times she cares about quantity and not quality, meaning she wanted us to squeeze in as many clients as we could and rush through them so she could pocket more money while stealing from her minimum wage paid employees. I was so relieved to cut ties with this company only to see my last payslip totalling at £0.00 because of the most random deductions. It’s pretty disgusting how people can treat their employees especially in a city where the cost of living is so high. Absolutely pathetic company, I would recommend going anywhere but here.

London Grace Shoreditch - AMAZING!!!

We recently visited the Shoreditch branch as part of my sisters hen do celebrations and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
We were given a really warm welcome and looked after so well by all the team.
The food and drinks were fantastic and the treatments were exactly what we needed after a late night the night before!
Thanks for such a brilliant visit, we had a blast!

Great staff and great prices, their gel manicures last forever

I've been going to the London Grace Marble Arch location for 6 years, and their staff is always professional and prices are reasonable. They even did my wedding nails, and they came out perfectly. I also get a Gel manicure from them before any beach holiday, and it lasts 2-3 weeks, even if there are alot of activities (swimming, kayaking, etc.). I have nothing but great things to say about this chain and its team!

London Grace nail polish

The London Grace nail polish was atrociously bad quality. Your company brings shame on this earth. I hope in hell satan gives you manicures with this polish that looks like a homeless victorian man's poopie fingers

I have been a regular to Putney location for quite a while.. unfortunately almost the whole crew change and the last 2 visits were awful! the greeting is terrible they almost avoid you coming in.. and on top there is a technician who has absolutely no idea about what she is doing and they book me twice already with the same lady, I specifically ask not to!

DO NOT WORK HERE - work anywhere else!! Tesco, sainsburys, bin man literally any other job!

Started working here in April after the company contacted me (I did not apply). The actual position is a minimum wage position and for a skilled trader thats already a flaw. Anyway it wasn’t about the money, it was about the exposure to clientele for me.
The clients are lovely, but head office and management are unqualified and only care about profits - they DO NOT CARE about your health and safety and progression.

You have to pay for mandatory training which is not accredited and it’s literally £100 for some power point presentation about the company. Its no wonder they contact young girls fresh out of beauty college as these girls don’t know much about the working world.

When I didn’t come into work one day due to illness they sent an email ‘accepting my resignation’ which was presumptions. I realise now it was in the company’s best interest to get rid of me because they actually make money from employees leaving. They charged me £400 + £100 + £75 all for leaving after they handed in my resignation for me!!

Charged for uniform that is mandatory by their rules.
Charged me for hours not worked, even tho they handed in my resignation for me.
Charged me for tools that were stolen by another member of staff.

Thats a lot of money for being fired.

Management are too young unqualified and inexperienced. Head office is worse. This company will always have to train new recruits because anyone who stays with them for more than a few months is actually brain dead.

Honestly girls its a rubbish salon with blond hair blue eyes only, as a skilled nail technician it was beneath me to consider working here and I wish I never did. Warning for anyone looking at these comments, don’t allow big companies with fancy wording get the better of you. It would honestly benefit you more to work in any other salon. At least they won’t rob you of your income and force you to resign.
