Amazing Results! I couldn’t be happier!

I had been contemplating having a hair transplant for about 10 years, but I just couldn’t afford it. Then in August 2017 a friend at work told me that he had a hair transplant 8 months ago and he looked great - no way to detect that he had a hair transplant. I told him I was thinking about it but the price was too prohibitive. (I had received quotes of £8000 and £10000 from two Harley Street clinics). When he told me he paid £3900 for 1500 grafts in central London at the London hair growth clinic, I asked for their number.

I was invited in for a free consultation and on arrival, I was met by Adam (I think the Clinic manager) who talked me through what a FUE hair transplant involved. I then met with one of the doctors, who was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I was informed that I needed 3000 grafts. The price was a bit more (£5880), but Adam offered to knock £1000 off, so I booked it there and then.

I went for my transplant in early September 2017 and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The same doctor that I had seen at my consultation performed the procedure and apart from a couple of anesthetic injections at the start, it was totally painless. It started at about 9.30am and finished about 4pm (including lunch which they provided). I was given medication and a band to wear for 5 days. I have been contacted regularly by the clinic since to check on the progress and it feels nice to not feel forgotten. I mentioned after about 10 weeks that my hair was not very dense, but was reassured that it will become more dense.

It is now 4 months since the transplant and I am over the moon. After being practically bald for 10 years, I now have a full head of hair, and it is more dense now! I have no scars or marks and even my barber could not tell that I had a transplant. My confidence level has shot up both socially and professionally. I cannot thank them enough! I would love to post my before and after pictures as I am so chuffed at the results!
