Stay away guys. It's probably fraud. I went to get custom made ear plugs, and only after paying they told me it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

It sounded too long, but my fault for not checking earlier. 4+ weeks later still no sign of delivery. I reach out to check-in and they told me they are "experiencing delays" and offered free sight test (my eyes are fine btw) which was nice gesture but irrelevant.

It's now been ~2 months and still the ear plugs have not arrived, so i'm assuming it's fraud.

I've demanded the full refund (any legit business would allow this) but have little hope at this point.

Don't make my mistake, go somewhere else

Had an appointment booked with Asif today at the Questmoor pharmacy. Very pleasant, and my problem was resolved quickly. Thank you.

I went to the Hatfield clinic today 16/04/2025 as I thought I had earwax ? in fact it was my silicone ear piece that was stuck in my ear with some wax. The gentleman explained everything to me what he was doing, he was very professional. He removed the ear piece also cleaned my earwax with micro suction. I can hear nice and clear again. I cant thank the gentleman enough. Thank you

They are running a scam, surely.
Booked earwax removal for £55, came in and the person took a quick look in my ear and said "nothing to clean" and charged me £30 for that.
I get getting paid for their time, however, nowhere was it mentioned as an option and in what world do they deserve over 50% of the treatment price for literally doing no work. Disgusting and smells like the perfect scam. Avoid like the plague.

SCAM ALERT: Careful when dealing with London Hearing Specialist (as well as Camden Opticians and Camden Contact Lens Centre, which are all the same company according to their "customer support"). On 20th September 2024, I have ordered earplugs that were shown as available online. However, following the order confirmation, I have not received dispatch information even after weeks. Hence, I have contacted them several times via email as well as through calls, though, mostly without success or response. Nevertheless, following a call, I received an email on 24th October 2024 informing me of an actioned refund as the product was apparently undeliverable (not in their stock). However, since then, the only refund I have received is for the postage, while the actual product was neither delivered nor refunded (while the order is nearly 3 months ago). Furthermore, additional calls (despite promises on their end) did not lead to a product refund, while emails are simply ignored.
Note that I was, later on, able to simply order the product from another company for roughly the same price and with it being delivered within days, hence, I would suggest: STAY AWAY FROM THEM WHENEVER POSSIBLE!
