Mohammed is my trusted heating expert. He asked to see the model of my boiler beforehand, arrived on time, inspected the boiler and radiators for me thoroughly and offered solutions, all at a reasonable price. I'd happily use him again.

I decided to book a maintenance visit to power flush my radiators. It was essentially a maintenance situation since I couldn't be certain whether there was any sludge in the system. I looked at several possibilities on line and decided that London Heating Expert had a scientific approach to the problem.
The on-line booking was easy and followed very quickly with a phone call from Mohammad Ali to discuss the system in my house. I appreciated the personal approach from the man who would himself carry out the work. I wasn't talking to somebody in the office, but the actual operator!
Mohammad arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was polite and considerate and carried out the work with diligence.
Each radiator was individually flushed and reverse flushed, and the waste monitored. The whole process took several hours, and I paid a fixed price that I had agreed in advance. He changed over a faulty drain tap without additional cost, and even went to collect the item himself.
I'm sure that he could have objected to the fact that I made a late request for him to re-fill the system with soft water (to limit damage to the boiler), but he re-drained the system for me without complaint.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mahammad, and am delighted that I gave him the job.

Mohammed is a true professional who went over and above his duties to ensure that I was satisfied with the service he provided on the day. Mohammed has vast knowledge of boilers and how they work, but most importantly, he explained the faults and remedial actions in a way that I could comprehend. The price is the most resonable i have had over the years. I will be using only Mohammed for future boiler repairs and replacement and stronly recommend that if you need a stressfree, reasonable priced and professional service, please use Mohammed! Trust me when I say five start is not enough!

Mohammad was brilliant. He did a power flush on the central heating system and installed a magnetic filter. All done within a few hours, clean and tidy, courteous and informative. Really, really genuinely recommend him as a fantastic heating engineer. Great value, great service.

Contacted London Heating Expert and was booked in quickly, issues with radiators. On arrival the engineer was very proffessional and explained what needed to be done. On completion of the job we were very impressed with the dedication given and the end results, totally satisfied, would reccomend this company without hesitation.

Mohammad Ali is a real superhero. We had no hot water on the Easter weekend during lockdown. He came within an hour, laid out the options very transparently and fixed the issue in an hour. His prices are extremely reasonable. A true professional. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr Ali is a professional plumber that you can recommend.
1.- I contacted him on Sunday, and the works were done on Tuesday (to replace the water heating system).
2.- He informed and explained to me the different options I had.
3.- Half of the price of the other quote that I had from another plumber.
4.- He has all the legal permissions to do the job.
I will come back to him when I need a plumber.
