This company is absolutely exemplary. Exceptional from start to finish; offering the best advice and service. My original lock had been butchered and these wonderful guys (David & Sandy) sorted everything swiftly and economically. Called unable to get the front door of our property to lock following a tenant checking out. Both estate agent and I couldn’t get it to lock despite applying force. Was asked for a video over WhatsApp, sent it, and told I didn’t need a callout just some WD40! Saved me a bunch of hassle. Thank you so much!

Vali came out within half an hour after an attempted robbery at my house and reassured me by checking all the locks and fixing the one that was pushed out of place. He then spoke me through the entire locking fixture of the locks to explain how they worked which helped me and calmed me down. Thank you Vali!

just had a chat with David. Sent him a photo. Within seconds came a fulsome reply. David took his time talking me through the technical stuff even though he knew from the outset my problem was the door not the lock. I recently had an issue with my ERA nightlatch, and found London Locksmiths through the search engines.
David was prompt to respond, and immediately he was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly identified the issue (which was the result of a faulty installation). Throughout the process, I never felt like he was pushing for an expensive solution just becuase it would favour him. On the contrary, he consulted in the direction of a less expensive and invasive fix, which turned out to be just what I needed. Communication was great throughout. I would definitely recommend them.
