Very happy customer, originally my delivery was delayed but I was contacted by one of the managers and as a goodwill he offered instead of the one item to double it up and and send me two of the items which I had ordered!!
He kept his promise and I received both items today!

Came good at the end ...
Updated after LondonMagicStore agreed to replacement:
Bought an iPhone from them and within three months the Start Button failed. I Returned it for repairs and when I got it back, it was badly scratched and touch ID did not work. The following days the battery started draining within hours from 100%!
It took a bit of back and forth but LondonMagicStore contacted me and replaced the iPhone. The current phone is working as it should. They have done the right thing I have updated this rating to four stars to reflect this. Thanks.

All of our phones come with 12 Months Warranty. Once the home button has been repaired on an iPhone then the touch ID function tends to be disabled, this is stated in our warranty policy page for future reference.

i ordered a mobile phone off londonmagicstore i had a bit trouble with it not accepting my sim card it was meant to be unlocked etc after emailing the store i sent it back and received a replacement it was all done asap and quick im very happy with the service i got it was no problem at all i would recommend this outlet to anybody looing for a cheap smartphone etc thanks derek grant
