Very good experience, I didn't know anything about them as I just found them on google. Dr. Fred Ushakov was very professional and seemed knowledgeable, this was confirmed when I later told my doctor that I saw him and she said he can find fetal anomalies very early and she said she would trust him with her life. So it was very lucky that we found him. He was a pleasant guy. The technology is good at the clinic they have a big screen to see the scan. The reception is nice and sunny. Would super recommend.

I booked the Prenatal Safe NIPT and had a great scan experience with Shaz at 10 weeks.

I was meant to receive my results within 2-5 working days (one of the main reasons I selected LPC and this specific test) however my results have been delayed due to lab machine failures, meaning I've had to wait for a week and counting. I appreciate that these things can happen and I was told its rare however its very stressful to be waiting so long and with no promised date to have the results by. I was offered a partial refund however this doesn't take the stress and anxiety of waiting away.

My booking process was a little confusing with not booking some things and then booking others twice - but overall, it worked out and much faster than other places.

Reassuring, warm and competent doctor who gave us a lot of time for our early scan.

I was informed during the ultrasound that my fetus had no heartbeat, only to later receive ultrasound images of it the same day. On top of that, I was charged for an ultrasound that was part of the NIPT service—something I no longer needed since, tragically, there was no baby. I found this entire experience incredibly insensitive, especially given the deeply emotional nature of the situation. This is a matter that requires far more care and compassion.

We have visited the London Pregnancy Clinic twice and received outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with professionalism and care, and even the follow-up calls regarding our NIPT test results were handled with great attention.

Dr. Fred Ushakov is truly amazing—personable, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining everything in a simple and reassuring way. His expertise made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

All I can say is that the service and expertise at this clinic are exceptional. I have already recommended it to two of my pregnant friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Clear information on the website, last minute availability and flexibility for last minute changes. Competent team which provide us with great reassurance.

Lovely staff, the scan was very reassuring and informative. I was even offered an internal scan to be able to get better quality 3D pictures, which was worth it and it turned out to be my favourite pictures of our baby so far!
The atmosphere is very clean and welcoming too.

We absolutely loved our experience at London Pregnancy Clinic! We went in for a reassurance anomaly scan, and it was truly an amazing experience with Dr. Giovanni Granozio. His professionalism and warm approach made us feel completely at ease. We especially appreciated his choice of words, using "perfect" for every part of our baby's body—it was so reassuring and heartwarming. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this clinic to any expecting parents!

Visited the clinic for an overall woman reproductive health check up, and was very satisfied with both the managers help and the doctors consultation. He was attentive and careful in taking the analysis, and even more gentle by not being pushy in his advice.

Professional, quick turnaround of results.

We had a very supportive and helpful appointment for a HyCoSy test. Results given immediately after the test, which is a relief to not have to wait. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have fertility tests done.
