Driver arrived 30 minutes after booked…
Driver arrived 30 minutes after booked time, operators gave untrue and conflicting stories even when I called 5 mins before my scheduled pick up time to confirm as the app told me my driver was 23 mins away.
Rude driver who never said hello or spoke or helped with bags. Yet I still thanked him when I finally arrived which seemed to shock him and he finally said “okay”
Never ever again. I try not to just use Uber but this has sealed the deal. Awaiting a response as I would like a discount on a 30 minute late pick up that got me to the airport by the skin of my teeth

Very good service
I've used London Radio Cars (aka Minicabs co uk) a number of times, mostly to and from London airports. They are reliable, with good drivers, and always cheaper than all the others.

Driver was 10 minutes late for an arranged 6.00 am airport pick up. Had to call the office twice as it was not clear if the guy would show up. It was raining and the driver could not be bothered to get out of the car to open the boot for luggage, he just said I should take care of it myself. Same at the airport ... Not a very pleasant experience.

Easy to book a cab with reasonable prices. As soon as you have booked, you get a confirmation on e-mail and text. I have used their service before, and the driver always comes on time with live updates from the moment he has been dispatched.
