This is the 2nd time I have used London Removals. They are responsive, clear with guidance, and prompt on the day with a phone call beforehand. The removal team are polite and repsectful of my belongings

Great removal company, all staff very friendly and helpful. Shannon went out her way to help with any enquires and got back to me quickly.

Second time using them for moving flats.

Booked a Luton van + 2 movers. They worked fast and got everything done within 3 hours.

I decided to go with London Removals after calling around for different quotes. The prices were all about the same and I thought the woman that took my call was very nice.
I asked for an 8:30am pick up. She said they do 2 hour windows so she’ll give me the 8am to 10am slot. I hoped because I asked for an 8:30 pickup that they would try as best they could to come around that time.
I received a call from the driver at 9:10 saying he is just now leaving the depot and should be with me before 10. I was very very annoyed at this.
He arrived about 9:45. He was very nice but I really wish he would have arrived at 8:30. I lost almost 2 hours pay.
They are very nice, but be adamant about pick up time when they ask you.

Great move thanks to a very efficient and happy team who pulled off a successful job for us.

I have used London removals team on a number of occasions, each time being a classy and professional experience. I have been met with a couple of different faces but every time they were polite, hard working and even worked around some issues I was having with delays in picking up keys to my new property. They were also reasonably priced compared to the rest of the market especially considering the quality of the service. Great work!
