My wife and I were moving to a new flat in Folkestone and wanted a new sofa, a couple of easy chairs and a table and chairs. We came upon The London Furniture Company more by luck than judgement - but so pleased we did. They are a lovely family run business that have some beautiful and unusual pieces, so different to the usual, run of the mill stuff. Added to that they are reasonably priced and extremely friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Pete and his wife own and run this business. We bought a beautiful Fama leather arm chair and various vases from their lovely shop. The service is utterly first class. Pete and his son delivered the chair. Whilst delivering they offered to fix one of our old sofas at no cost. This was way above and beyond what you'd expect. An outstanding family business that we will be going back to again very soon. It's great to see a business like this do well. Thank you very much for all your assistance.

This furniture shop is so much more than a shop, it is absolutely beautiful. Everything in it and the building its self is gorgeous. I bought a table and 6 chairs, from the moment I saw it I loved it and when it arrived, it was unpacked and installed with such care. I am so happy with my new furniture, the friendly professional service and care this family business took with my order was above and beyond. Excellent service, I cannot recommended highly enough.

The team are all friendly and helpful and make each visit much more than just a shopping trip, it is like catching up with old friends. Our latest purchase went as smoothly as ever and we love our new addition. Just excellent, the table arrived with a fault, the installers immediately agreed and even left the table for our use whilst Peter the proprietor resolved the issue with the Spanish supplier... we have had an excellent conclusion with a quick replacement. Peter sets out to ensure customers are happy and we are.... love our table.. special mention to the “delivery/install personnel ...very helpful...Peter you have a great team👍

A wonderful shopping experience in their beautifully restored building in Sevenoaks. The couple who own the store are very friendly, helpful and charming. I took delivery of my custom made South African leather sofa on Monday which needed to fit into a Victorian terraced house. I didn't think they were going to get it in! AGH! But they did, with lots of effort, actually seemingly endless effort and the boys even smiled throughout the ordeal and went over and beyond the call of duty. Excellent customer service from start to finish and I am totally delighted with my sofa as well as the after care advice. I couldn't recommend The London Road Furniture Company more highly!

Very helpful staff. Very impressed and thankful they took the time to approach their furniture makers to custom make us what we wanted and had been unable to find anywhere else. The London Road Furniture Co went the extra mile to provide fabulous customer service, years after we purchased an oak dresser from its sister store, Farningham Oak. Our dresser had got slightly damaged in a flood and no joiner we asked was able to re-adjust it to make the doors fit again. The London Road Furniture Company sent its expert delivery team, who somehow, magically made it all fit again. It looks like new. The team was courteous, tidy and super careful with our new wood floor. Thank you so much.
