Incredibly helpful and insightful self defense classes, aimed at women
It was great to have Sam come in and teach our colleagues some easy, simple self defense. With his background and professionalism (including asking for consent to touch people in the class every time), Sam was the perfect person to teach the basics.
Very accessible and the theory that started the class was invaluable to understanding the right to self defense and proportionate response to perceived threats.
Friendly, easy to pick up the essentials and open to questions, I would definitely recommend booking in some sessions - particularly with the focus on women's safety.

Sam was exceptional he used real life scenarios and made the class super user friendly I feel I have learnt so much from this class and feel confident that I can do the up most to defend myself if I ever needed to, thank you Sam!
