Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Order was delivered before 9am the next day. Contacted the store to check product info before placing order, and received a response to query almost immediately. Will definitely order from this site again.

I purchased a top and hat as a birthday gift for my sister and wasnt Told at the time of purchase that they hadn’t the top so when the package was sent for delivery I received a refund for the top and the Hat was delivered, if I had known at the time of purchase I could have gotten something else for my sister. I was surprised at this level of service from London ski co as my previous dealing with them was great

The quality of my jumper is beautiful
The quality of my jumper is beautiful. Unfortunately, my ski socks never arrived on time. I paid for next day delivery, and my sweater came the next day. However, my socks didn't arrive even after 3 days, so I had to go on vacation without them. I guess it was more of a problem with FedEx.
