Amazing experience at London Taekwondo Warriors (Windsor branch).

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and positive. The instructors are outstanding, friendly, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping every student improve and gain confidence. Every class is engaging, well-structured, and full of energy, with a great mix of technique, fitness, and skill development.

I’ve seen great improvements in confidence, fitness, and overall skills since joining.

Overall, London Taekwondo Warriors is an excellent place to train in Taekwondo. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn, grow, and be part of a positive and inspiring community.

Ordered directly from London TKD Shop, received order confirmation, and paid them directly — but the goods were never delivered.
When I contacted them, instead of resolving the issue, I was told to chase their supplier myself. Multiple follow‑up emails, including a refund request, were ignored completely.
Very poor customer service and lack of responsibility. Not recommended to anyone considering purchasing goods from this company.

This Taekwondo school offers a warm atmosphere and is expertly managed! With personal experience in both the children's and women's classes, I can strongly endorse them. The Masters are motivating, providing excellent physical and mental exercises, particularly beneficial for children, while ensuring everyone has a great time!

LTW are a fantastic and well run Taekwondo School, not only is my child learning about self defence and martial arts he is getting more disciplined in his day to day life because of the learnings from Master Jawed, Arezo and Darius

Very welcoming and professionally run Taekwondo school! Having first hand experience of kids' and ladies' class I can highly recommend both. Inspiring Masters, great physical and mental training (especially for kids) and a lot of fun!

Arezo is a fantastic instructor, absolutely love it here! This is one of the only WT taekwondo clubs in London which hosts separate classes for women and girls. All the instructors are friendly and professional and the club has venues all over London. They offer high quality kits and fun, educational lessons that leave you feeling accomplished. Would defo recommend :)

I joined the ladies lessons at Harrow three months ago and I am very happy. The instructor, Arezo, is very kind and professional. She always demonstrates to prepare each lesson with care and always bringing new exercises. It's a very friendly environment and we all have a good relationship were we help each other.

I’ve been with London Taekwondo Warriors for the past 4 years, and I can confidently say this is the best martial arts organisation in the UK. My son and daughter both attend regularly and absolutely love it. The level of professionalism, structure, and discipline is unmatched.

The instructors are not only highly qualified and experienced but also truly passionate about nurturing every student’s potential — both physically and mentally. The leadership and management behind LTW are exceptional, setting high standards in every aspect of training, safety, and communication.

Outstanding Taekwondo School!

Both of my kids have been training with London Taekwondo Warriors for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructors are not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly patient, encouraging, and great with children.

My kids have grown so much—not just in terms of technique and physical fitness, but also in confidence, discipline, and focus. The environment is always positive, respectful, and supportive, which makes every class something they look forward to.

We’re truly grateful to be part of this amazing martial arts family. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a top-quality Taekwondo program in London!

As a parent, I find it deeply concerning and troubling that my child—and some of her peers—are not receiving the same level of attention and care as other children. It appears that children of Black and Brown descent are not being supported or looked after equally compared to their European counterparts. While this does not reflect the behavior of all instructors, there is one in particular whose actions are especially noticeable. I sincerely hope she reconsiders her approach, especially as someone who is a foreigner herself.

London Taekwondo Warriors is, overall, a well-managed club with many dedicated individuals. However, this recurring pattern has caused significant stress and has led me to question whether this is the right environment for my child moving forward.

Very disappointed with the current state of the Hayes LTW Taekwondo class. This is supposed to be the main class, run by the LTW head instructor Jawed, but the quality has dropped noticeably.

Instructor often seem disengaged, on the phone or walking around rather than leading the class, while unqualified individual without any visible Taekwondo experience or belt (another students parent), are left to run the session. It’s extremely concerning, especially for what should be the flagship class.

I also echo what others have pointed out: there’s now more focus on increasing fees, pushing frequent and costly gradings, and selling equipment, rather than delivering proper training and supporting student progress.

This shift in priorities does not align with the true values and virtues of Taekwondo or sportsmanship. What once felt like a disciplined environment now feels more like a business operation than a martial arts school.

Unfortunately, it now feels more commercial than committed to martial arts excellence.

Our experience at the Burnt Oak branch of LTW under instructor Shams was very disappointing. We joined with high hopes, but over time it became clear that the focus had shifted from quality martial arts instruction to financial gain.

Overcrowded classes with little to no individual attention.

Shams rarely leads the sessions—helpers like Ali and Ahmed do all the work and are excellent.

Shams is often on his phone or walking around, not demonstrating or engaging with students.

Constant pressure to buy uniforms and equipment; some parents were even hassled for payments.

LTW is no longer affiliated with British Taekwondo (since 2023)—this was never communicated to parents. Without this affiliation, students cannot compete in UK competitions, only within LTW or in Korea. This is unfair to parents paying high fees.

On a personal note:I would like to ask Shams to stop spreading false information about me. I’ve been told by other parents that he’s been speaking negatively, which is unacceptable. My husband even tried to contact him via text, but received no response. If needed, I’m happy to meet with Shams and other parents to clear things up.

I have no other way to communicate with him, so I’m using this platform to share my experience and to warn other parents. A true Master should lead by example—demonstrating techniques, guiding students, and fostering a respectful, transparent environment. Sadly, that is not what we experienced at LTW Burnt Oak.

We have since moved our children to another Taekwondo school—where we’ve seen many former LTW students—and the difference is clear. The instruction is professional, the classes are structured, and the focus is truly on student development, target is provided and the Master even lay crush mat on the floor for the kids safety

Shams should wake up and understand that there are many better Taekwondo clubs offering far more value for money and significantly better training.
