Fast, pleasant and professional
Have been to the Hove branch twice recently and been very happy with the service. No unnecessary waiting, clear advice and good facilities. Both medical and admin staff very pleasant and helpful. My partner has also been recently and had similar experience.

I found the service provided by the Winchester branch of travel clinic to be extremely professional and reassuring service. Their information, and administration of the vaccinations was spot on in a very comfortable environment. It's the first time I've gone privately and I am converted, and shall be using their service in the future.

I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, named Chris, who was polite, pleasant and courteous.
The nurse Diana was very polite, pleasant and professional. Who advised what vaccinations I needed and those I did not.

I visited the Ashford Clinic which I can thoroughly recommend. I was able to arrange an appointment at short notice and was extremely impressed by the excellent service, friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. I only required a Yellow Fever Exemption Certificate as recommended by my GP Practice Nurse. Because I am over 60 she had strongly advised against vaccination despite me having no medical issues or taking any medication. However Miriam Franca, the Ashford Clinic Nurse was inclined to recommend the vaccination until I was able to show her a stamp in an old Passport that showed that I had travelled 25 years ago to a country where I said I was pretty sure I had required a Yellow Fever vaccination. Although this was the only requirement of the company I was travelling with on a world cruise Miriam went through all countries on my ports of call to confirm this was the case. She was very helpful in giving me further advice on Malaria and bite protection. She was extremely thorough. The cost of the half hour consultation was a very reasonable £20 with a further £35 for issuing the Exemption Certificate. I then received an email with a lot of website links giving me further information. Absolutely terrific service. I would thoroughly recommend and use again if the need arose.
