Our Victorian tiled front path was badly damaged and was spoiling the image of the newly decorated house, and needed to be replaced. The resulting new mosaic path is outstanding. From Hubert's diligence in the office and Alex's minute attention-to-detail in laying the path, I couldn't have asked for more. Alex is a true craftsman and artist, but was flexible when it came to suggestions from me.

The path is, by a long distance, the best in the road asnd has been admired by all.

It has been a pleasure to work with Hubert and Alex on our hallway project. Communication with Hubert throughout was been prompt and informative. Alex is a true artisan and incredibly skilled at what he does. Great precision was taken at every part of the hallway, including general care and protection around other areas of our house. Alex was also very accommodating of our Dachshund and was kind enough to play ball with him each day. Would not hesitate to recommend and have already sung his praises to friends in the area. Now thinking of the next part of the house we can tile...! Thank you very much.

I couldn't be happier with my victorian tile path! From start to finish, Hubert made the process very clear and gave some great advise on appropriate sizing. When it came time to fitting, Alex was a real professional. He took great pride in his work and this was shown in the beautiful final result. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Being the proud keeper of an Edwardian villa for the last 30 years, we decided it was about time to have a proper Victorian mosaic tiled front pathway. As with all period properties, it was so important to choose the right company for this once in a lifetime work on our much loved family home. After researching many companies, we were so pleased to have chosen London Victorian Tiles. Hubert and Aleksander could not have gone to more trouble to offer us choice, show us how our chosen design would look and kept us informed at every step. Aleksander, who laid the tiles, has so much experience and explained how the tiles could be laid to best effect for the eyeline on our front path, which, as anybody who has an older property knows, often doesn’t have any parallel lines. The result is a beautiful and perfectly laid path, which I can’t stop going to admire. Aleksander is a true craftsman and perfectionist, who really cares about quality of his work. I would highly recommend London Victorian Tiles.

We spent over 9 months researching Victorian Tile installation companies, with many visits and quotations as we had a particularly tricky hall to tile. But one company stood head and shoulders above the others and that was London Victorian Tiles. Initially, we were hugely impressed by their friendliness, patience and professionalism during the visit and quotation phase. They were always able to talk us through any concerns we had or pop over and deliver sample tiles. When we finally agreed for works to start, Alex could not have been more friendly, punctual, professional, skilful and diligent over the 2 weeks he spent with us. The end result is better than we could have imagined, and we are extremely happy with the relationship we experienced with Alex and Hubert, and would highly recommend London Victorian Tiles to anyone looking for an expert floor tiling company.

Our Victorian tiled path needed to be completely renovated. We gathered several estimates and London Victorian Tiles stood out immediately: always quick to respond, efficient, highly professional, helpful and competitively priced. We are delighted with the end result! The workmanship is outstanding and Aleks went out of his way to make sure our expectations were met. We appreciated the attention to detail and the tidiness and unobtrusive way he worked.

We engaged London Victorian Tiles to replace our Edwardian black and white tiled front garden path which had fallen into disrepair. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Hubert managed the project efficiently from first quote to completion, keeping us updated at all times. Aleks, who undertook the installation and tiling, is an exceptional craftsman with meticulous attention to detail, and great understanding of the period look we wished to restore - also a lovely, friendly guy to have around. The finished path looks fantastic and attracted many compliments from neighbours and passers by as the work progressed. Highly recommended.

Alex and Hubert were very professional from the start. They kept us up to date with all works and gave good advice regarding patterns and design of tiles to use.
Once they started the work they were accommodating with times and disruption was minimal.
Finally, the work was of a high standard and Alex went the extra mile to redesign our step, complementing the mosaic path.

New victorian front path, garden tiling and flower beds.
We found Alex through google search and we really impressed with his attention to detail and the time he invested in designing the works and explaining the process and his flexibility in tweaking the design to meet out needs and budget. Alex was an absolute pleasure to have around, all my neighbours love him and kept mentioning how nice he was and the quality of his work. The finished product is a very high quality, time was taken to ensure the finish was excellent and all the little details were in place. I would highly recommend Alex, i'll miss our daily chats too, so i'll have to find some more work for him :-)

Having recently completed a full refurb and restoration of our period property, we were looking for a specialist to tile our hallway. The original floor unfortunately had to be taken up due to movement on the ground floor and so we were seeking someone to bring back to life the original design that had graced our property since it was built at the turn of the century.
Having searched for a while and obtained a number of quotes, we decided to mandate London Victorian Tiles, as from the outset Alex and Hubert were not only competitive from a price perspective but very responsive during the design and consultation process.
Tiling of this nature is certainly an art and Alex is a true craftsman, his work is faultless.
It's been a pleasure watching our hallway be revived and a stunning end result.

Alex tiled a small area around an old fireplace in our bedroom and did an amazing job. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish and he will be coming back to do some more work for us next year. We have known Alex for over 15 years from when he renovated the kitchen basement in our Victorian House Clapham.
