Awful

Awful, I purchased two pairs and both arrived damaged with the sole hanging off. I won't waste your money.
The well known platform I purchased them from us also unwilling to put an honest review.

Do not buy from this company. AVOID!!

Do not buy from this company! I have bought this brand of slippers on Amazon and thought to have a look on their website to buy direct. DO NOT DO IT! I have waited 2 weeks and I have sent over 5 messages with no communication from them and they only sent me one item of my order and after paying extra to get it delivered quickly, they couldn't be bothered. If you are really wanting any Longbay slippers just go to Amazon, as that is the delivery company who sent them to me anyway so clearly only Amazon is stocking these. I am now in the middle of a refund claim with PayPal to get my money back for items that have not been sent to me. What a waste of time going direct to the company.

I would give zero but can’t

I would give zero but can’t. Ordered slippers on 19/01/23…10 days later they have not arrived…all emails ignored and no phone number available to contact!
Either a very ignorant unprofessional set up or An obvious scam and will never use again.

AVOID... Dont waste your money

I recently purchased a pair of slippers from this company and was extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service I received. The slippers developed a fault after just a few days of wear, and I reached out to the company via email to address the issue. Despite sending three separate emails, I never received a response.

It is unacceptable for a company to sell defective products and not stand behind their products or adequately address the concerns of their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be making any future purchases. The lack of response and resolution to my issue has left me feeling frustrated and let down.
