Hard pass
Very little stock options, and no real customer service. Got greeted upon entry then guy stood at the register the entire time. Spent more time trying to take photos of the 5 customers in the store than actually engaging with any of them to see if they were after anything. Would not go here again.

Hi Tyler. We're sorry you didn't have a good experience in the shop. Yes, I was taking some pictures that day. I worked hard to get this store off the ground and wanted to grab a few pictures for social media and for myself. Yes, I was likely manning the counter doing important owner stuff like responding to customer emails and adding new inventory. I'm sorry you felt ignored. I generally don't try and pressure customers with too much salesmanship. I like people to feel comfortable browsing at their leisure in the shop. For those that have not been to the shop we have 6000+ comics (and growing), 1000+ graphic novels (and growing), new weekly releases and more new inventory every week. Hope you'll give us a second chance. Happy collecting.

The atmosphere was awesome, the selection was great, and it’s a really wonderful place to shop. I enjoyed getting to come pick up some variant covers I was missing, and find some fun new series to try out which I’m really excited to dive into reading. Overall just super hyped about my experience here and will definitely be picking up lots more comics here in the future. Also had tons of great options for having comics pulled and held or pre-ordered which is always nice as someone who loves to make sure they can get the covers and issues they want without stressing on comic release day they might not have the time to be early enough to snag one. Please give this awesome shop some love, and I will definitely be buying from here again soon!

aight guy comic streamer here do not buy comics from this person rude arogant person no customer service skills and he called out my friend do not purchase anything from these people im warning yyou save your time money guy twisted itt around running shaddy business we tryed to buy comic pay for it insteed he was rude to me flipped out on email i see he has other issues with other people beaware avoid this shop

I waited weeks for reply from this loser this guy is by far the most inpatient person ever I tryed messaging paying for the comic instead he beaked me off because he wrong and i'm right and he got butt hurt about it do not order from long box comics I will post these guys on all social media Facebook beaware he is the rudest person unprofessional business selling comics ripping people off flipped out at me for asking to pay for the comic Be aware comic people this person rudest person ever do not shop from them asked them question on Facebook blew up on me calling me out saying they know how to run a business and I know nothing no invoice no professional business happening here I will post this on every comic page and every review beware fellow comics people save your time money headache long box worst comic shop ever give them a message see how they talk to you .

This person is by far the most impatient, rude, ignorant, abusive, and outright terrible customer we have had yet. Clearly their grammar, or lack thereof, is an indication of their state of mind and education. Card arrived bent
Card arrived bent, packaging wasn't damaged, so didn't happen during shipping. Card ordered was supposed to be NM
However, the shop went out of their way to contact me about a refund without me even having contacted them, so that's some great CS.
