I saw a wonderful item by Longtide Studio online and ordered it immediately (I was so quick I ordered it twice in error!). They were excellent spotting this, contacted me immediately to sort it & a refund was
sent immediately which shows their excellent customer service.
My item arrived two weeks later, as promised and it looks as good as it did online.
One thing I'd say if you're unsure of similar colours - ASK! I ordered one in a slightly lighter shade than anticipated but it's still beautifully made and will still look amazing when in place.

My first time ordering and I couldn’t be happier! I only needed to contact support once while waiting for my order as I was confused about something but the response time was super quick 🤩 my sign arrived within the specified time and it’s up on my kitchen wall already, I love it! Handmade pieces just give it that extra bit of ‘wow’ for me as I know it’s had time & care put into it . Very happy & i’m sure I’ll be back to purchase again soon , thank you 🌟

Ordered my signs as gifts at the Ideal Home show, I found it difficult to choose which ones as could have bought all they had. Customer services was excellent. She also most kindly designed, personalised and created a wooden tooth fairy box for my grandson ..
