Your products deserve negative ratings and even legal action. Selling unsafe products that are vulnerable to explosions and then refusing to take responsibility for replacements or refunds despite repeated follow-ups across multiple platforms is completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see an Indian electronics brand fail to maintain basic quality and safety standards.
I would never give a single star to this company. But there is no option for that. Worst experience ever faced with this company. They produce so cheap products that it doesn't even last for months and on top they give warranty which is not covered anything except the motor. Whats the use of warranty when not a single part is covered in it. Bought air cooler, fan blade broke down within 2 months time and they said it is not covered in the warranty. Bought mixer grinder the coupler broke down in 2 months time and again the same story only motor is covered so whats the point of having a warranty. Using very very cheap quality parts which doesn't even last for months. Will never ever buy this company product and i suggest kindly stop buying product from this brand coz its very cheap product.
