Two young men came to fix a leakage. They behaved friendly but clearly had no idea what they were doing. It was a rush job in the evening. They invented a temporary fix that didn't work more than an hour and they charged huge amount for it.Conclusion; sloppy work, the cause of the leak was not resolved, and I lost more than 600 euros. Afterwards, they also do not care when it comes to providing the invoice and they don't reply to my complains.
In the meantime, I found the real cause and had it made by another company.
DO NOT do business with them.
They are the scammers and know very well what they are doing and how to do it.

My review seems to have disappeared but a week ago we had an emergency leak from our roof. They told me €440 which then became €2100, they did NOTHING on the roof, ironically fixed the broken central heating ‘for free’ which I realise was to make me think they’d done the work. They wouldn’t leave until I paid which was my whole salary. They said the cost would go up the longer I took to pay because I didn’t have all the money. I spent 36 hours calling, no invoice, blocked me, no pics taken of the work as I asked (they said they’d email). This is a criminal gang. Please anynone affected go to the police. You must. We must stop these people.

I would give them negative rating if I could. For a simple leakage, I was initially quoted 43euros just for inspection.
1. The guy came and saw that it was beyond his capability.
2. Randomly hovers a suitcase (said it had a cam) over the floor (this wasn't needed at all) to check for a possible corrosion.
3. Tries to check the leakage again, makes it worse than before and says it is a major repair and needed 2k euros to fix. asks me to contact insurance and leaves.

For this he billed me 500euros!
Suitcase like cam is 240euros + emergency surcharge of 99euros (I had this on appointment which I rescheduled once, wasn't an emergency) + 43 euros + 99 for travelling + btw and other stuff.

Called another plumber and he spent 2hrs because of the mess this company had created and fixed it in 200euros.

scammers! don't use this company. It was the hugest mistake.

Very bad .
He just come to our house do like he knows what to do and even he don’t find a boiler and he ask money he lie to us about what the problem is .
Don’t call them never .
