Staff was super friendly, helpful and competent. My item had to be shipped to Germany and the whole transaction and the delivery went like a charm. A truly great shopping experience. Many thanks!!!

We received a sofa from Loods 5 in early December. There was a leg missing, which the delivery team said they would report back to the shop. I called in the new year after hearing nothing and they said they needed pictures of the sofa showing the missing leg. After a long wait, we finally received the missing leg at the end of January. However, the leg came without any fittings so we can’t fix it to the sofa. I have called and emailed multiple times and keep getting the same response to ‘send another email’ which they will reply to. I am still waiting a response. I am really disappointed with the service from Loods 5 and I would not recommend them.

I ordered a dining table after being told it could be delivered to the third floor without an elevator.
When the delivery arrived, the driver left the table downstairs and left.
Customer service later admitted this was not what they had promised, but no solution was offered.
Bad communication and disappointing service.

I m sooo happy I was like 6 months busy to new furniture but I couldn’t find any special items.
While at loods5 I was confused to choose which one should I buy.
Anyhow I bought a Dinnig table,a center table and a dressoir.
And a puff ,8 cussions.
On top of that the price was so economical and what a discount

unfortunately our experience is now reached a point i have to write this review. having delivered a couch without one component can happen, but to have to call every week for 3 weeks going in the 4th week without anybody taking the actual time to properly investigate, makes my trust in this company very poor, i need to cancel, refund or any other swift solution to my matter. Aftersales, despite all promises are so worse. HKLiving itself is also not helping at all. how hard can it be to trace a hocker?
Update: asked indeed to reorder, got delivered and they got the wrong item! So asked for refund

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how Loods5 has handled my order. I have two serious complaints and I expect my money back immediately.
I called this morning regarding my order, which has been delayed for over 3 weeks. Emma from customer service assured me she’d call back before 1 PM with an update, as she was leaving by then. No call, no update—just another empty promise from your team.
I’ve had enough. I want to cancel my order and get my money refunded right now. I’ve called multiple times, heard the same scripted promises, and still received absolutely nothing.
This situation is unacceptable. I expect a proper response today and the full amount transferred back to my account without any more excuses.

Its not possible to choose delivery service.
I ordered several items and it couldn't choose delivery type even with extra payment. I live in the second floor without elevator, so its crucial to me to have a delivery of big items to the second floor. Also there is a long period of time since purchase to delivery date. For example my sofa will come only next week
