Countless emails for 3 weeks asking for updates on order. no replies until today to be told the glasses have been discontinued. No email about refund and next steps. They are currently on the brands’ website. Scam. Waste of time and energy. Don’t trust.

What I truly appreciated was their attitude — even though they could have simply directed me to the brand and left it there, they chose to take care of the situation and give a support. Regarding the screwdriver, Bottega Veneta does not include one with their eyewear, and we never advertise it on our website.
