I ordered some stick on hooks for my Christmas decorations on the 4th December. I emailed them on the 15th December to say I hadn't received them. They replied saying if they hadn't come by Monday 18th then get back in touch. I've sent to more emails, to which I've had no reply. It says they've been delivered and asked if I liked the product. So I don't recommend this company and I won't be ordering again, they're a joke.
Update they sent a replacement and I received them today.

I would never buy anything from this seller.
I bought a induction hub from them.
First of all it took 2 months to arrive to Norway.
And it arrived with broken glass.
Then back and forth for 2 almost months trying to get a refund. But they would not give me.
Even managed to accuse me of breaking it myself, even I have a document from post office saying that it where broken during transport.
So, stay away from this company. They are not trustworthy.

Never buy anything from here. Pay the extra few dollars for a better service. Their service is awful. No help no assisting just a converstation via email. There is no way to contact them via telephone which in this age every normal company has. Buying here is a risk I am not willing to take. Decide for yourself.

Buying from this seller was scary at 1st as all the negative feedback and review left I can say my 40 inch TV come package was bubble rapped come 7 days in which the company use seur logistics company which has terrible reviews which I think are not 100% truth as my package came and was able to track whole process and they also send two email and a text message confirming the delivery today so I hope this puts people in rest after reading I would 100% recommend this company and delivery company shipped to UK from Spain .
