Product looks nothing like in the…

Product looks nothing like in the mockup. Quality is terrible and customer service was rude. Be ready for a disappointing late shipment with subpar product.

Since our items are personalized and handmade, slight variations from the digital mockup can sometimes occur during production.

We also sincerely apologize for the shipping delay. Due to an unusually high volume of personalized orders during the busy season, some orders experienced longer processing and tracking update times than expected.
