It's horrible experience with loop…
It's horrible experience with loop health customer support. After submitting all the documents of the claim of my new born baby, they rejected my claim. They even didn't provide me the reason for the rejection. I am trying to reach out to them for long but they don't bother to respond to my query. It's been around 1 year.
