The phone itself is great so far. The only issue is I can't get the at&t bloatware off of it. I was still able to connect it to my own carrier

Received phone in a timely manner. Requested a phone in excellent condition and that is what I received. There’s a small tiny blemish on the corner but you can barely notice it and with a case on it it looks like a brand new phone! Happy with this purchase:)

I purchased two iPhones for both my kids Christmas gifts. I received the phones quickly and they both were in excellent condition as stated in the description on the website before buying. I tested one of the phones which was the XR and it works perfectly fine. I will definitely continue to buy from Loop. So far no problems at all. I highly recommend them. Plus the phones came with a three month warranty. Love it.

The phone I selected was at an incredible price and the delivery was fast. I was happy how easy the website was to navigate and had no trouble finding exactly what I needed and wanted. The phone was shipped fast I received it in 3 days it came with charger. And I chose a fair phone I was skeptical at first but the phone is in excellent condition with a few minor scratches. I’ll give 10 stars and highly recommend to others and will purchase from here again

purchased and received product nov 9th. took over a week to receive in 2-day shipping. not waiting on reply from rep currently after being told to send replacement in by mail over a week ago. I was told to have a follow up on last Friday and have yet to hear anything. My product i've purchased and payed a 3rd of already has been delivered to warehouse but i have yet to receive my new phone! very displeased at the time it takes this company to help their consumers. I was told i'd be given a refund, and a replacement in "EXCELLENT" that does not have scratches, blemishes inside screen and dust and debris inside buttons and speakers. again still waiting on my replacement, not sure that i'd buy here again.

The iPad we purchased came in EXCELLENT condition just like advertised. Looks and works like it’s brand new. Plus it came with a brand new Apple charging cord and charging box which i didn’t expect. Planning to buy another iPad as another Christmas gift right now!

Loop didn’t hold adhere to an agreement that was made because of a error on their behalf. I placed an order to receive one white apple iPhone XR & one red, i got a call from a representative saying that they didn’t have anymore white phones in stock & would i be ok with getting two reds i said ok. The rep also mentioned because of this error i would receive a $5 discount which is pretty low but hey i can’t be upset about money coming off but nonetheless i agreed & waited to see that deduction, i never did. I placed another order & didn’t even have a credit of $5 on my account with loop so now I’m not satisfied because i feel like i was lied to so how can we resolve this?
