Slow Customer Service and Malfunctioning Used Phone
Phone arrived quickly but had to initiate a return due to problems with the screen. The customer service is horrible. It takes forever to get a response on the chat and then the person chatting responds every 10-20 minutes. It took 2 hours of chatting (with super slow responses on LoopMarket side) just to get the return started. I would not order from them again. Better off doing apple refurbished products

This was the first time I had used their service for a refurbished iPhone and the experience was great and I will use them again. After the initial order there was an issue but the ceo was in contact with me immediately and resolved the problem quickly and won me as a repeat customer.

My phone arrived yesterday and I am very pleased with it. Clean and looks brand new. The post office was having trouble so I contacted Loop and Marc the owner called the post office to investigate. Thanks to his persistence. It was delivered. I am extremely happy with the product and the customer service. I would definitely buy again and will be recommending Loop Marketplace to my friends.
