Bought many games here

Bought many games here and only had a problem one time with one code that didnt work. Even though g2a took a little while sorting it out i im happy to get my money back for that one code, so 5 stars from me

had to buy 2 keys for the product

had to buy 2 keys for the product as the first didn't work, said key was already activated. Went in as a guest first time and couldn't get the info back to G2A so I have to eat the cost. Really disappointing they still have this happening so often.

G2A protects scammers, ignores their own Money Back Guarantee, and forces bank chargebacks

I am writing this to warn everyone about G2A's non-existent buyer protection and the fraudulent sellers they host.

On May 6, 2026, I purchased a "Google AI Gemini Pro 12 Months - Gemini Activation Link". Instead of the advertised personal activation link, the seller (Zeissoftwarez) delivered a "Family Group" invite. Selling family slots commercially strictly violates Google's Terms of Service and puts the buyer's personal Google account at risk of a permanent ban. The product was completely unusable and unsafe.

When confronted, the seller explicitly admitted in the chat that a refund was justified ("We are not saying we wont refund"), but refused to process it, claiming a fake "technical limitation." I also discovered that this same scammer operates multiple accounts on G2A (such as Nunapy) to bypass restrictions and systematically scam customers.

Since the seller refused to cooperate, I turned to G2A Support and opened an official "Money Back Guarantee" claim on May 14, 2026. G2A completely ghosted me. My ticket sat untouched in "Waiting for support" status for weeks. Finally, a support agent named Daniel C. replied, completely ignored all the clear evidence of fraud, and closed the ticket as "Completed" without issuing a refund, simply because a previous PayPal dispute had been closed.

G2A's advertised "Money Back Guarantee" is a complete lie. They do not review evidence, they do not protect buyers, and they let fraudulent multi-account sellers run rampant. In the end, I had to file a formal credit card chargeback through my bank (Nordea), which was immediately approved based on the undeniable evidence of fraud.

Do not trust G2A. If you get scammed here, do not waste your time with their useless support—go straight to your bank and claw your money back.
