DO NOT PANIC !! I won £20,000 and after reading the reviews here I panicked. I had the completely opposite experience, brilliant from first deposit right through to withdrawl. Documentation was easy to provide through the website, I was then able to withdraw my money at £5000 a day. It does take a little longer than most online casinos I would say it was about a week to get verified and allowed to withdraw but I didn't mind waiting after all it was a huge win so they needed to make sure everything was above board.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole lifetime there are no words to describe my experience dealing with these morons. Just to give you an idea I am still having problems with them going back to the beginning of November last year five fundamental errors and mistakes the customer service take four days to get back to you after they send you an email 15/ seconds earlier they don’t respond and even then they don’t pay attention to my query it’s been going on for nearly 3 months without a doubt the worst company I have ever ever dealt with they have no online chat now I can see why do yourself a favour and do not I repeat do not sign up with this company they are Backwards .. Took a £20 deposit off me from my Barclays Debit Card.
I never played any Slots as my account was instantly locked pending ID Verification documents some of which I am unable to provide (photo ID)
They now refuse to refund me the £20.00 I deposited.

Happily take deposits but in the unlikely even that you win, they do anything and everything not to pay out. I’ve given them everything they’ve asked, proof or ID, proof of payment method, proof of address and proof that I’ve paid my PHONEBILL! and they’ve still rejected it! Will raise dispute with visa to recover my deposits. Loot casino are on many blacklists from independent review sites and “players are advised not to use this casino” I wish I’d known that before I used them.

The bonus rounds are terrible, when you do get one your lucky if you win a few pounds!
