FRUSTRATING!!

FRUSTRATING!!!.....They have taken payment for two crates but I'm yet to receive anything. Dont bother contacting customer service as you just get a garbage reply completely useless information that makes no sense. Not happy at as this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son in July.

Fruad is fruad, fix your stuff

I placed a 6 month order with the 6 month premium add on to it, ended up very costly... almost every box was delayed and only 2 of the 6 premium items were actually sent. After countless attempts to get the missing items i gave up and canceled the combo order, would of been nearly 3 months ago.
Just woke up today to see a charge to my bank account for a renewal of service for 6 more months of the premium... something that was canceled already. Its a holiday weekend and no one is able to reply to talk about the fraudulent resub to the product or to even ask for a refund. I cant even call the bank to explain the charge is fraud. Stay far away from this scam and scumbag of a company. Oh just so lootcrate is aware, they may decline refunds but under the consumers state laws on refunds, they can be legally forced to refund anyway like my state. So fix your stuff and refund this fraudulent charge.

3 months 0 boxes.... rubbish avoid!!!!

In the nearly 3 months since I ordered my loot Crete I received 0 boxes in the same time frame my wife received 2 wizard boxes from geek gear. I have been refused a refund so I can order from geek gear.
I have a shipping number 4 weeks old that still doesn't work! All I'm told is be patient! At the end of the day this is shocking service and you should be ashamed I will never use this service again and I will encourage others to use geek gear instead !@!!

Don't Use LootCrate

I ordered a Crow movie crate back in March 2021. I received a welcome kit, and the t-shirt I ordered, but the box has been consistently pushed back from May to mid to late August. It's now September, and I don't have the box. Their customer service is useless, just copy/paste replies. Don't waste your money here.

Useless Fraudulent Company

Have been waiting four months for Loot Crates that have not arrived. Absolutely useless company. Web page looks great but it seems to be a scam. Overall, I’ve ordered 8 Loot Crates and only ever received 2 and they were filled with crap. Ordered Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy loot crates and each contained only one Marvel item and the other contents were totally unrelated small items that I could have bought cheaper in a retail store.

Dreadful company, can’t do the one thing they claim to be about

Dreadful. Originally said crate would ship on 15 July so I ordered for my sons birthday in September. They then changed this to mid august then to late august. I asked for a refund and to cancel, they said no as ‘labels had been printed’ despite a delay of over 6 weeks. Absolutely awful, very unhelpful, obviously can’t source the goods on time so can’t fulfil promises. Avoid.

No boxes and no money for 1,5 year

Make that 2,5 years now since nothing happend after their response below!

1,5 year ago, I ordered 2 lootcrates. I have not received any of them or gotten my money back. I've contacted them several times doing the last year, but every time they ask me to wait a month or two longer, promising my boxes will arrive.
Don't order from them. You will never see neither your boxes or money ever again!!!

Don’t bother wasting your money

Don’t bother wasting your money ordered my first box July 4th got told I was getting the august box which would be shipped between the 13th-28th messages again to make sure I was getting that box after reading some reviews then got told I wasn’t getting the august box now I was getting the September box which would be shipped between the 13th-28th September no sorry for the miss understanding or anything customer service was awful trying to find out why I got told I was getting one box then I wasn’t I was getting a different one will never bother again.

SCAM!

I received the first 2 boxes which I ordered when I started the subscription. After that, they charged me 3 times and I never received any merchandise. They never replied to my emails. I had to dispute the transactions and I won the dispute.

Avoid

Ordered crate in early April 2021, still hadn't arrived by early August 2021. Customer service try and make you feel better by telling you it’s on its way when it clearly isn’t, they then offered to reship it which would apparently take an additional 12 weeks. Ridiculous; waste of time and money.

accidentally cancelled my subscription…

accidentally cancelled my subscription in May when I was trying to change my shirt size (which should be easier then it is. It took several emails to even get my shirt size changed) I was sent an email saying I had stopped my cancellation request. Never got my June box so I contacted them. I was told I was getting the June crate between June 28-July 12 so I waited still no June crate so I contacted again this time was told sorry it’s July so no more June crate and I wasn’t getting it. Even with screenshot proof of everything I just told you about. No offers for anything other then just sorry if I have any more questions contact customer service and my tickets were closed when I was still responding.

Your stuff will never come

Ordered Junji Ito stuff in May, still haven’t arrived. Starting to think this website is a scam. Been in touch with them several times over this and they have told us three separate times that our items have been dispatched. Crock of poo. Don’t bother.

Subscription with the sci-fi…

Haha subscription with the sci-fi lootcrates. I had 2 boxes then in December they took out payment, March took a payment and also June for a box every 3 months. I have still not received the crate from December, Contacted them they sent me another and surprise surprise that one also never turned up. I got fed up of waiting. So I asked for a refund of all 3 crates that I hadn't received. I received it all back, but £7.81. So I sent them another message saying the refund is incorrect with a screenshot for proof. I received another £5.50. That is still not right. Another £2.31 is still owed to me but what is the point off asking them if they are not going to read properly and have clearly got no maths skills or proper reading skills. The items are not even great items. I've probably had a a couple of bits and sold or trying to sell the rest to get my money back.

Lootcrate support proves time and again how disorganised and disinterested they are in giving even a passable service.

Lost my package

After the tracking codes didn't update for a few weeks I contacted support and they said there might be some delays. I asked again after more than a month, they still didn't offer any help finding. They told me after a couple months, after I contacted them again, that I should contact customs and my post office.
The only time they were speedy and helpful was when I finally cancelled my order and asked for a refund.
It was my first try at getting a lootcrate. As well, after seeing the things other people got, I'm not that disappointed I didn't get mine.

I cancelled my subscription with them…

I cancelled my subscription with them but twice now I've had money taken out still I have no subscriptions under my account. So annoying & another thing I'll have to sort out on top of everything else I have to deal with.

Terrible Experience, lost money

Loot crate was able to deliver only one (the first) of 12 the tshirts that were in the subscription. I requrested to cancel and refund, but apparently their support team doesn't care and keeps stalling, not refunding and not doing anything.

The money (about 100$) are to be considered lost.

I purchased a subscriptions years ago but apparently they changed ownership and since then it is completely messed up.

Just DO NOT BUY from loot crate, chances of getting a lemon are really high and they won't help.

I ordered Fallout 6-crate plan

Did not receive tracking codes nor info for shipment delays. i have contacted customer support many times and almost always the exact same answer "your crate is already being sorted and prepped for shipment"
Do yourself a favor and dont buy from loot crate!

Haven’t Received My Crate After Months

I ordered my fallout loot crate back in April and they told me a month later it’s not going to arrive until sometime in July… It’s ridiculous that I have to wait months for these things. If you don’t have enough inventory then you probably should mention that on your website…
