Support is non existent and in the discord the tickets are closed without a reply.
Edit: the audacity of this company. I did not use a proxy and they have not answered my tickets once (or they instantly closed it after answering which makes no senxe since I can’t see closed tickets 😂)
Moreover I offered them multiple times to pay me out once they get payed if they are scared about chargebacks but they refused.
It’s clearly a scam company. A friend that used to work at lootgain told me that the site was sold recently. Now they just ban users so they don’t have to pay and keep all the profits to themselves.
STAY AWAY! If you do a big offer you will be banned 100%

Support answered you several times, since you kept writing the same thing over and over, it is true that tickets were closed without an answer. If we answer you 3 times and you ask the same thing over and over again, we don't have much choice.
The problem was that you completed the same offer 2 times, moreover with a proxy, which is against the rules. We still paid you for the offer once. For that, it would be more appropriate to thank us than to write a negative review.

I was banned without a reason
I was banned without a reason just after completing a 30$ offer. I sent an email to support but still no answer. If they unban me I will change my review
Edit: they say I have multiple accounts but it is not true, they say they answered me, once again not true. Stay away from this site.

Hello! Every ban has a reason - duplicate accounts, VPN, offerwall fraud. We communicate with people and we are able to forgive even minor transgressions. But targeted cheating cannot be ignored, we would soon go bankrupt. Specifically, you had several accounts through a proxy, you completed the same offer about 10 times and you are surprised that you got banned. We have answered most of your duplicate questions. Its a fair site with a fair amount you…
Its a fair site with a fair amount you get for doing offers.
Its not the most rewarding site but you get atleast a good amount of points while doing offers the withdraws work thats fine and there is a daily reward of 10 points. Its fun to play games and doing surveys but, somethimes it can take a while. Support reacted to me in about 30 minuts to 1h range so I can life with it.
