I have been a loyal user of Lootup for…

I have been a loyal user of Lootup for over a year (User ID: 3587692) and have made several successful PayPal withdrawals in the past. However, after my last withdrawal, the platform suddenly stopped crediting any new points. Points from completed offers and third-party transfers (like PixelPoint) are being confirmed as sent by providers but never appear in my Lootup balance. It feels like my account has been restricted without notice, making it impossible to meet the withdrawal requirements for my remaining balance. Very disappointing for an experienced user.

Absolutely garbage application

Absolutely garbage application. There are an infinite number of better and more reliable apps that do what this is supposed to do and does it multitudes better. Unless you feel like waiting months for a reward, even when you paid for it, then go somewhere else. Pretty sure I'm just getting scammed by these people at this point. Avoid this crap at all costs, so many better apps.

I don't know why i couldn't redeem via paypal and the platform said "sorry,no cards available for you yet". But i already use and redeem this platform 4 years ago and nothing issue about redeemed.

Very disappointing, feels like a scam

My Lootup account was suspended during reward processing, without clear proof or explanation.
I did not use a VPN or proxy, I did not create multiple accounts, and I followed all the rules.
After spending a lot of time completing tasks and surveys, my account was suddenly blocked while my rewards were still processing, and I lost everything. Support responses feel automated and my case was not properly reviewed.
This platform lacks transparency and fairness toward users.
Don’t worry guys, there are many better platforms than this.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I wait for a reply only to get that the 'advertiser couldn't verify completion' and 'thanks for your understanding'.

With all due respect, I provided screenshots and even had the full transaction log to hand so why is the verification my problem when I've followed every step to the letter (no vpn, adblocker)? Awful considering it's my first offer. Avoid.

Banned again.

Today I logged in to test Pixelpoint and Recipepanda to see if any ads would appear. Ads still do not show, yet my account was banned for allegedly using a VPN.

I am aware of multiple users who have spent nearly a month in back-and-forth communication with Pixel and Lootup support regarding the same false VPN bans. This clearly indicates an ongoing issue that has not been resolved.

At this point, bans on Lootup and Pixelpoint have become something normal for me. I have been banned more than 6–7 times, always without being informed of the real reason, wasting significant time, and eventually ending up unbanned.

This is a complete waste of time.

You may do whatever you consider appropriate, but at the very least, please read this message and avoid sending copy-paste responses. The false VPN issue has already been reported by users on Reddit and on your Trustpilot page.

Terrible experience with their offer wall.
I was playing one of the offer wall games, Sea Explorer. I reached the required levels and received the small rewards (20 and 120 points) without any issues. But when I reached level 600 — which should have given me 1200 points — they simply refused to pay.

I sent screenshots proving everything, and the response I received was absurd. They gave countless excuses: claiming I used a VPN, a proxy, and even saying I had completed the task before. None of this is true. If any of their claims were real, I wouldn’t have received the earlier rewards in the first place.

This is dishonest behavior.
They don’t respect users, and they clearly avoid paying higher rewards.
Worst site and app I’ve used. Completely untrustworthy.

For the past two weeks, a message has appeared when I try to log in to your website saying "Please turn off VPN to use Lootup," which is false; I don't use a VPN. I know you're going to tell me to submit a support ticket, but you should know that I've already submitted four, and in each one, I've included the documentation you request:
1. Check your current IP address by visiting this link: **whatismyip** and send us a screenshot of the result.
2. Try connecting through a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
First ticket - marked as Solved with no response.
Second ticket - they ask me to send the documentation I mentioned above, which was already attached to both.
Third ticket - I tell them that I can access the site from my phone using mobile data, but not from my home internet connection, and their response is: "Thanks for the confirmation. We're delighted to hear that your problem has been resolved." Seriously, LootUp, is it resolved?

Fourth ticket - I'm waiting for a response. Let's see what nonsense they tell me now.
On the other hand, their social media presence on Facebook and Reddit, which are the ones I usually use, is appalling. Many users are affected by this problem, and there hasn't been a single statement or response. Even their Reddit moderator was affected by this issue.
By the way, my ticket number is #393823, in case you have someone who can read it.

**Response to my fourth ticket: Your account was temporarily flagged due to suspicious activity detected from your IP address. As a precaution, the system automatically placed a temporary ban to protect the platform and our users.
Please check back again in 24 hours — the restriction should be lifted by then. If you still face any issues after that time, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to assist. Thank you for your understanding!
