This is my second order from Loow. Proud owner of six wool t-shirts. After one year the nearly white lost a bit of its whiteness, but this one is on me, not following washing instructions as recommended. Otherwise the quality it is just the best!! 🙌

Shipped fast! The shirt I received was great quality and I will definitely consider LOOW when looking for merino in the future. I love the color palette they use for their clothing and I hope they expand their selection of women's styles.

I’ve been buying 100% merino shirts for 10+ yr. My first were from Icebreaker, which were excellent. I stopped buying their shirts when for a time they produced only a wool/synthetic blended product. Icebreaker recently reintroduced a high quality 100% merino product with many color choices (I recently purchased one). I now own many shirts among five different brands. The quality of LOOW shirts remains the best of any of the others. I especially like the 135 and 160U series shirts.

I found the details on each clothing item very useful, to help make an informed and considered decision before shipping etc. They gave good advice/ tips before arrival of the t-shirts, on how to evaluate the products, wash & wear etc, plus they offer a very solid returns policy, which is truly unique. I appreciate this as one of the few Merino wool brands which offers 220gsm t-shirt options with some decent colour choices and large enough sizes for ladies (though still limited versus for men sizes). Only down side was limited stock and choices - especially the womens clothes had few items in stock, so I could not order the colour I wanted (darker options preferred, had to purchase off-white). We are finding the quality great!

What's there to say? An amazing product that suits most of my needs perfectly. I'm only slightly disappointed that the selection of v-necks is so limited these days. Please bring back the khaki / sand coloured lightweight v's!

They were quick to respond to the questions I had. I purchased some of their socks and they are amazingly soft and fit just right, bought 6 extra pairs after that.

High quality merino wool t-shirt. Very comfortable and easy to care for. Expensive but well worth every penny. Great return policy which is an indicator of good customer service.
