Great products, amazing delivery

Product quality:
I cannot comment on the durability yet since I’m a new customer, but the fabric weave is smooth and tight while still being light (135 version).
The fabric has superb moisture-wicking property; it stays completely dry after cardio workout sessions.
Men’s T-shirt construction: 15-17 stitches/inch approximately, comparable to some other made-in-EU T-shirts that cost 2-3 the price. So this offers a good quality/price ratio.
Nice slim cut, long enough for tall (185cm+/6’2”+) or long-torso individuals without being baggy.
Size-charts and measurements on the website are accurate and informative.

Customer Service:
- Excellent and responsive considering the size of the company.
- fast shipping
- conscientiously minimal packaging is a good initiative

Room for improvement:
- address verification on the shopping cart does not give instructive error messages so it’s difficult to figure out which field(s) was/were problematic (work around: create an account and add addresses there to choose during checkout seems to avoid throwing an error when adding a new address during the check-out process)
- the sports bra’s merino fabric has great moisture-wicking ability, the elastic band does not seem to keep up. After a workout, this part ended up staying soaked while the rest was dry. Also the elastic band is quite stiff and tight. If the elastic part can be woven from the same body fabric and constructed as part of the whole knitted piece instead of a sewn-in separate band, it would make the bra a lot more comfortable, both from tightness and moisture-wicking perspectives.

I loved to wear LOOW products and spend a 1.000+ EUR in my customer life on shirts, underwear and socks. They have always looked stylish and felt incredibly comfortable, leading me to believe that investing a bit more money in these items is worthwhile.

In the early days, there were some quality issues with the underwear, which I brought to the attention of the customer service team. They responded efficiently, providing a refund and subsequently improving the product design. As a result, I remained a loyal customer.

However, despite the passage of time, LOOW has not been able to produce long-lasting shirts, at least not in my experience. On average, my LOOW shirts develop small holes within 6 months, sometimes even sooner. It appears that the fabric is not robust enough to withstand the wear and tear caused by trouser buttons or possibly the hard, calcareous water in my area. I would have liked to continue being a loyal customer, but I cannot justify the short lifespan of these products, both financially and from a sustainability standpoint.

Excellent products
Quickly delivered

Best spend money on clothes in a long time. I use My Loow T-shirts for everyday purposes, and not least for training, both in the gym and on the racerbike to work. I love the fact that it doesn't smell, not even after a several days of use. I find the fabric very nice against my skin. I sincerly recomend it for both varm and cold weather use.

The fabrik is shrinking 1 full size after washing. Even with no tumble drying. And recomended washing.
But still a nice product

Shipping was blazing fast and the T-shirt is top quality. Planning to buy a second one.
