Do not use this company as if you have a problem related to your item,broken,you will not be treated respectfully. I had a broken item arrive and contacted them in return I got no big deal made of it,no apology I was told to print off address which I replied I hadn't a printer,I was told to ask around,someone with help,what the hell,he doesn't know my situation, I could not ask around cos not many people have printers these days then he told me to get myself to a library, I explained that I was off sick due to an operation and cant get to one. Once again he said get someone to do it for you. Im astounded and outraged with this type of treatment. Never do business with this atrocious company again

Ordered several items around £100, and found one to be faulty. It’s a loungefly bag, one of the lights on the light up area doesn’t work, and one of the white areas has a smudge of colour on it that won’t come off that shouldn’t be there. To me, this is a faulty item, it’s not pristine, and as a collector I would like it to be. I asked if I could exchange it, and was told to send photos by Simon. I did send the photos to the best of my ability, (very hard to photograph one broken light with lots of other lights around it) and explained, and showed the smudge of red on the light colour part of the bag. I had a response to say that they could not deem this item faulty, would not exchange it, but I could pay myself to return it for a refund.

I don’t really understand this as the bag isn’t perfect, you can see this in the photos, and when I asked was this usual to not have parts working on these bags was told that they stand by their decision - not what I asked but okay.

This is difficult because if I ordered from any other company and something wasn’t perfect it would just be swapped, no drama. I just had a similar experience with another store and they swapped it for a new item no problem. They don’t lose money, what is the downside for them? I’m not asking to keep it I’m not even asking for a refund, I am asking to exchange it.

So can I recommend the company? Absolutely not. If you like things to be in a condition as you expect I would recommend buying elsewhere just in case you need to return it if it’s not.

Will I be a returning customer? Again, absolutely not. It just baffles me why customer service can’t be a little kinder at these companies because instead they had a new customer who was pretty happy with the service, and just wanted to exchange something that’s not as it should be, and with this response has meant I shan't be spending any more money with them in the future. Neither will my friends who recommended me.

People are more likely to leave Trustpilot reviews when they’ve had a negative experience — that’s simply the nature of review platforms. My previous reviews are irrelevant to the issue raised here, which is the customer service I received regarding a faulty item.

To clarify, you did offer a refund if I paid to return the item myself, because you stated you did not consider the bag faulty despite the non-functioning light and visible mark shown in the photographs. I was not asking to keep the item, nor asking for compensation — only for an exchange for a bag without defects.

What I find disappointing is that instead of addressing the concern professionally, your response chose to focus on my review history personally. I believe most customers would expect a faulty or imperfect collector’s item to be exchanged without difficulty. Your public reply has only reinforced my concerns about your customer service approach.

More than half of my Disney Traditions collection has come from Lord Collectables. If buying something in stock rather than a pre-order it arrives in a matter of days in good packaging and great condition. Very good value for money and rarely find items cheaper elsewhere. Highly recommend.

I have bought quite a few different products from the company over the years. The products are impeccably packaged and if I have had any questions they are answered promptly and completely. Majority of times packages have arrived early and the very, very few times they have been late it's been due to matters outside of their control.
Their customer service is impeccably. All in all it is a company I would choose above others that sell the same colours.

Ordered a great deal over the years for myself and my son and daughter. Always prompt delivery. Well packaged. Has some great deals especially towards Christmas time when bargains are most needed. Nothing is too much trouble and enquiries always answered. Cannot fault the quality/price or service... ***** every time

Amazing family run business

firstly, I have to say that due to a previous bad experience with Trustpilot (they didn't believe I was a genuine customer of a business even though I provided order numbers, and wouldn't allow me to leave a review) I have not left a review for many years now but I felt I had to leave a review for Lord Collectables as I have been ordering from them for such a long time and have never, ever had a bad experience with them. They have such a wide range of stock, good prices, some amazing offers and orders always arrive so quickly after ordering (unless a pre order of course!). I've always found them very quick to reply to any questions I've had (probably due to them being a family business and caring about their customers) and with postage included, it's very easy to use them to send gifts to friends, directly. I'm happy to recommend them and will continue to order from them in the future. Oh, nearly forgot to mention, the loyalty scheme is an added bonus :)
