Great dog crate....easy to order online good quality product delivered on time. I like the sliding door it takes up less space easier to locate in the room not having to consider how the door opens.

Order processed for 3-5 working days delivery. It’s been 7 working days and my item still hasn’t been dispatched. When I raised with customer service 3 days ago I was told it was delayed due to staff illness and it would be process as a priority. 3 days later items still haven’t been dispatched. Extremely disappointed and I haven’t even received my order. Considering I’ve paid over £400 for an order, no words.

The product is a very good quality but I found the customer service to be very lacking. 3-5 days delivery is they send it on day 4 and you get it on day 5. There is no working telephone number and no reply to emails. You can only contact them on WhatsApp and they reply at their convenience with an attitude.
It has put me off ever ordering from them again.

Quality product let down by the dented base plate. Couriers seem to have difficulty delivering large items without damaging them.

I had placed an order which turned out to be out of stock. I was kindly emailed and informed of this, and was offered to choose the same item but in a different style. The item was posted out, personalised all within couple of days. Fantastic service thank you!

The bars are too far apart for a 3 month old puppy. Will be great when she is a big bigger.

Bought a Sliding Door Dog Crate. After a handful of days one of the doors came off. Raised with the company and got a response a few days later asking for photos. Sent those and saying I need a replacement and now nothing. Zero response so will have to now contact my credit card company. Very poor service!!

I ordered a dog bed in the midst of moving home which made the 14 day return window very difficult. By the time I unboxed the item I wasn't totally convinced by the quality and longevity of the product especially given the price. I have now returned the item which is for store credit. Frustrating for a £90 product and especially as I don't intend on purchasing from L&L again. Disappointing and unsure it's really in line with consumer rights.

So the reason for the 3 stars is the lack of customer support available. It says that there is a live chat but you can’t find it. It says that you should receive a response back via email or WhatsApp within 24h but it’s more like 72h if you’re lucky.

The first crate I ordered was too big but also damaged so I wanted to return it in exchange for a smaller one but because I needed the new crate within the next 2 weeks it felt impossible to get a replacement so I just had to get a new one myself and wait for them to arrange a pickup for the old crate. As I’m writing this I’m still waiting for confirmation of the return and my money back.

The crate is good and the reason I bought this is because of the metal tray but both the crates I had had been damaged in the middle of the tray from the way it is being packaged so it’s not just a me issue.

Its a bit light-weight, our 6 month mini-dachshund puppy seems able to push it around with a bit of whining and effort.

I dont like the fact there's no integrated top and bottom bolt. Two separate bolts would be a pain but its not beyond the realms of engineering that the same operator works both. The flex in the door from the 3 fixed points encourages pushing and his challenging it.

At this price point, I would expect a more thought through design, so it's OK, but not great.

Great quality bed which its nicely into the crate for our new puppy. Really soft and nicely made. Good quick deliver too.

Wonderful service, and very quick dispatch. I managed to miss the cutoff time for next day delivery by 30 minutes so expected it to take a couple of days and it arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. The double car bed (sorry forgotten the name of it!) fits onto my back seat, with the straps extra tight around the headrests. It’s very well padded and seems comfy for my dog with the restraint for my dog on the right hand side. I hadn’t realised quite how small the seat of the back seat is so my only suggested improvement would be (and the ONLY reason I’ve put 4 stars is it would really help us I could attach the bottom rear of the dog bed to the isofix points, it doesn’t move very much, but if my dog steps to the front of the dog bed it’s just held up by air so he then has to push himself back. I drive with him a lot, every 2 1/2 weeks we either drive 600 miles to the north of Scotland or 600 miles down to Suffolk, after two years of this routine it’s wonderful to have found a solution to his cage! He can stretch out and one the drive yesterday was a lot more relaxed and happy. Thank you Lords and Labradors from me and Mac!

Great product. Would of given 5 stars but paid for next day delivery and didn’t get it till the following day which was a bit disappointing as next day delivery is not cheap.

Excellent quality, although a little expensive. My puppy loves her new personalised crate. Delivery was very good.

Great product, great service.

The cat tree is just lovely. It's well made, from quality materials, and was packaged in a strong box. My cat has been reluctant to use it so far, but takes a while to adjust to change. I'm sure she will love the cat tree once she has ventured onto it.
