Received my bed .They forgot a piece of the bed, okay no problem they say they will deliver it tomorrow. But wait! It’s totally the wrong colour and it’s damaged to high Haven. Can I get hold of anyone.... no. Do I want my money back, YES!

Bed delivered within timeframe and is of excellent quality. Easy to put together with no issues. Thank you.

One star is too generous for the level of customer service received. I’m still waiting for the bed I paid for - have had two delivery days given to me neither happened and now they won’t answer my calls or emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Lovely bed , however we actually thought the company had gone into liquidation as no one picks the phone up , replies to emails or the online chat , so we were getting quite anxious. Instructions were extremely poor , so took 2.5 hours to assemble . As I say great product but customer service is appalling.

The bed, which I have has for over 2 months now is amazing quality. Great design , took about 40 mins to set it up with my dad. Was delivered on time with polite delivery men.quite impressed by the product and service.

A long wait but well worth it! I’m absolutely in love with it! After only ever having hand me downs or simple box bases to finally have my very own beautiful luxurious bed has made me ecstatic, superbly made and looks simply gorgeous in my room, very happy customer, also my deliver driver was a little diamond, fitted my bed for me no hassle at all bless him, such a lovely guy can’t thank him enough I wish I had gotten his name so he can claim his praise

Really nice and solid bed , easy to assemble and with loads of storage. I have to say i was very impressed with the service.I had good communications and updates and delivery itself was trouble free. Really pleased with my experience with this company.

Genuinely the worst experience I have had with customer service. Ordered a bed and was given an estimated delivery of 5-10 working days.
A month later we have received the product. Communication is ridiculous, I phoned countless times throughout and received no answer. The only form of information I could get was through email, with vague replies and no reassurance.
When we finally received a delivery date and time slot (given late the night before they were planning on delivering) they didn’t show up and again no contract to tell us where our order was.
Would definitely not recommend buying from here. We have had nothing but unnecessary stress since doing so.

My second review....still no mattress and no response to email. I’m hoping Trust Pilot reviews will get their attention. Really not good.

We bought 2 bed frames and mattresses from lorinzer living. Easy to assemble , superb quality and very reasonably priced. Easy to deal with and good communication around delivery times. Highly recommend lorinzer living's products and services.

Was not disappointed at all !! An amazing bed for a really good price. Arrived on time and was very well packed no damage whatsoever. Been getting compliments on my room because of the bed and so pleased to have bought it. Already looking at another one for my guest room now. Thank you Lorinzer Living.

We bought a storage bed , it arrived when they said it would. Beautiful and very solid. Had it assemble in less than an hour. Had it for a few months now and it is still as new as the day it arrived.

Our new sleigh bed and mattress were delivered yesterday and we spent our first night in our bed.
The bed is extremely comfortable and was a perfect nights sleep. Great build bed , comfy mattress and well sturdy.

Couldn't be happier ! Prices were excellent and the bed is absolutely beautiful. The delivery was on time with polite delivery men. Was kept updated of their arrival so had made my arrangements accordingly. Bed looks solid and looks built to last.Definitely recommended by me.

Lorinzer living has been excellent, I absolutely cant fault their service or the quality of beds. Bought one for my daughter and she is delighted with it! Bed was easy to build and was kept well informed of delivery as well.

Was looking for a king size storage bed when I stumbled upon this website and the Adrian bed ticked all boxes. It is a quality bed , went for a cream color which is very neutral and is just what I wanted. The assembly was easy as my partner put it up in about 1.5 hours. Great experience and I love my new bed.

Moved houses and needed extra storage. Bought a superking and a king size in cream plush. Lovely guys called prior to delivery to give time of arrival.
The beds are great , look amazing and extremely sturdy. Loads of storage. Got quite a few people impressed in my family and would be getting further orders very soon.
