Very frustrating experience
Very frustrating experience. I ended up signing up for Lorka AI by mistake after clicking a Google search result while looking for another AI tool. What makes it worse is that I haven’t been able to find any clear way to delete my account. There’s no obvious option in the account settings or anywhere else on the platform. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend using it.
Update: After posting this review, I received two auto-generated responses from Lorka's support team. The first was a generic "we're experiencing high volume" message that didn't address my actual complaint. The second asked me to contact them directly at lorka.ai /contact-us to cancel — which only confirms the core issue: there's still no self-service way to delete your account from within the platform itself. You're forced to go through support just to close an account you never meant to open. This adds friction that shouldn't exist for something as basic as account deletion, and it reinforces my original point: be very careful before signing up, because getting out is not straightforward.
