I ordered a scarf "Paradise Kiss" on November 2nd and I'm still waiting. I contacted Lorok shop several times via email and only once was I answered with the words "I will resend this because it seems strange". No more email, nothing.

Scarf ordered on 13. 11. 2024. Since then I have received no information about the order and the shop hasn't replied to my emails for almost a month now.

DO NOT BUY - SCAM

I still havent received a scarf that i ordered months ago. I also sent multiple emails without getting a reply.

I read some negative reviews and I'm surprised. Yes, the delivery is not super fast, but the product is excellent. I have three scarves from them, and I recently bought a fourth one.

Since 13.11. didn´t received my order.
I didn´t got even any response for email or instagram dm.
I tried to refund, but it looks like i won´t see my money.

Not here to call anyone out for being a scammer, but i came here after 2 months of waiting and saw all the other terrible reviews so i thought i'd chime in to at least try and get my item. These guys don't send any emails for updates, and when i sent one they just replied "we're on holiday" and never got in touch with me again (the holiday would be over the next day) weird. Please send my item.

I Tried to reach them via Instagram or Email multiple times. Wit no response what so ever. I just wanted to know whats happening with my Order.
I dont even know if my order will be delivered.
Payd more then 2K in CZK, Just deliver it already or just give me money back.

Very poor customer service!

Ordered a scarf on Nov 30th 2024, but never received my order.
Have tried reaching out to the company several times (on both e mail and instagram) with no response.
Would not recommend and will not order from them again!

Great delivery and beautiful scarf.
People nowadays are so used to fast fashion and getting their ordered products at home withing a couple of days. These scarves are made to order, so it might take a while before you get it delivered. This is also mentioned on their website.

as the same as all the rest of the comments,
i ordered two scars for over 100 quid. no confirmation email, money have left my account, no reply to three emails and an ig comment, literally nothing.

send me my money back or send me my scarfs! or at least reply to my 4 messages.

fyi comments on their ig posts are cut off.

Finally my scarf arrived today (day of purchase 16. 11. 2024). The design and material is awesome. BUT the customer service is very poor/none. Would be nice to communicate at least through social media (ig stories etc.).

Ordered a month ago and still did not get my order. Spent over 100€ and also paid for shipping 9€ and still didn’t get my order. Trying to email them but no response and other emails are not even available to send ……

I wrote a review with this title a while ago - September maybe. It was not a good review. But now, I have great news! I am writing a great review today! I ordered again before this Christmas and my order was delivered promptly and as said on the website it will be delivered before Christmas. I ordered the scarf #2007. Important point to note is that I shipped to an address close to the headquarters of the brand therefore things were also easier that way. What a surprise. They improved and are slaying! Well done! Good for you for building yourself a better reputation at each new order! The scarves are really beautiful. It is a pity for a brand to flop for bad communication. Very very poor communication - once I got a reply, it was generic and did not help me. After that, no more replies.
I did receive my order one or two days past the official deadline stated in the terms and conditions, i.e. an item that was in stock took more than three weeks to deliver within the same city.
I do not recommend.

The staff is really nice, got the order later than I thought, but it wasn’t really a problem). The scarf by itself is really nice, good quality and the design very cool

Came in after 3/4 weeks (Belgium). Great scarf, great quality!!

I placed an order in December 2023 and still haven't received it. It's been a year. Despite reaching out multiple times via their website, Instagram, and directly to the owner, I haven't got a response or update even once. The lack of customer service and unresolved order make this site highly unreliable—I do not recommend ordering from them.

I recieved my scarf quickly and it is looking just like it did online. I am satisfied, thanks!
