Dishonest company who continue to take your money even after you have complained and said you don't want their product.
(London, England) I found link on a YouTube video for "chair pilates for seniors" - I listened to the lengthy video and then decided to try the sample product that was offered. Once I had agreed to this, so many other pages popped up wanting me to buy hundreds of dollars worth of their product. At this point I realised I was probably being scammed and tried to delete my bank details. I thought I had been successful until a package arrived and I had been billed USD116.95. I immediately sent an email through their website (contact us page) and said I wanted it cancelled. I put this down to a bad experience, and would be wary about every signing up to another such web company. I have heard nothing back aftter my complaint, and then today ANOTHER package arrived that I hadn't ordered, and ANOTHER USD79.90 has been taken from my account. They do not reply to emails; they appear to have no Customer Service employees; they are frauds and only want our money. I am furious at such dishonesty. If I could give NO STARS I would.

I have previously asked to cancel
I have previously asked to cancel, as I wanted to trial first. But still being invoiced.
Did not ask for continuing product. This has been added to my single purchase without my authourity.
Seems like a lot of others also did not understand your carefully written sales blurb.
any sort of subscription was fully noted and carefully avoided. I can only assume that the subscription is within the presentation once a sale is made. A refund is due for the item due to it being "Not as described" and deletion of the subscription in your records.
I also note in the customs declaration you have Value of goods as $39.95, but deducted $98.16 from my bank 5 times. in addition to $29 for sample But only received 2 bottles,
john Humphries Emerald Australia. Packet arrived 19 May 2023, declaration date 17/4/2023 #717616181

Did not ask for continuing product. This has been added to my single purchase without my authourity. In addition the product I purchased was advertising another named product, not Heal and Soothe.
Original order via Dr Grundry site at AUD$95.31 for multiple items and next order supposedly a different named product (that I intended to trial) at AUD$98.90 for a single item that appeared recently with the Heal and Soothe label. The falsely advertised label shows that both purchases are via the same source. The offer of a different product, which was false advertising constitutes a fraud for my case. Any sort of subscription was fully noted and carefully avoided. I can only assume that the subscription is mandated illegally within the presentation once a sale is made. A refund is due for the item due to it being "Not as described" and deletion of the subscription in your records. The mandatory "Trust Pilot account" referred to as below this entry detail is unexplained and constitutes no legal obligation(s) for me in this review. Trust Pilot has since been reviewed at Google and accepted by me.

After cancelling my free bottle option…
After cancelling my free bottle option of they Heal & Sooth they continued to ship the product. I called and complained so they issued a credit to my account. Now I’m being billed on another credit card for product have not received the phone number that’s on her statement goes blank. No one answers. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them from charging me for orders that they weren’t shipped or not, or ever received.
This company is affiliated with Dr. Gundry, who seems to be a real scam artist. This guy is as worthless as the products manufactures.
This guy is like four stage cancer just keeps getting worse.

INGORE COMPLAINTS OF MISSING PARCELS
My order was not delivered so I contacted them and they referred me to UPS, who then referred me back to the seller, who referred me back to UPS so this was a NEVER ENDING LOOP of incompetence and no one taking ownership of the missing parcel, or even wanting to help.
I actually think the products are good but I ran out over a month ago and can't get hold of anymore, despite ordering 2 months ago and delivery normally takes a week from the USA.
I will not be ordering again and I want my money back and/or compensation for remedy of trespass by way of harm

Treated like suckers!
My husband fell for this never-ending rip off too. We have emailed the “institute” to cancel over-priced tablets they have been sending every month. But they still keep trying to take our money! Our card company has blocked the monthly transaction for us, cancelled our old card and issued a new card. But we keep getting messages from the card company saying the Healthy Back Institute has tried to claim yet another payment. They make it impossible to cancel once you have been suckered in. Shameful.

Beware of Heal n Soothe aka Healthy Back Institute
Beware! This is mainly a scam! A strategic way to con people. I claimed for the purportedly free product of Heal n Soothe only to be navigated to buy 2 to avail of the free product. The following few weeks, my bank had been calling me about this purchases from Healthy Back Institute which had been collecting money from my account which I didn’t purchase. My bank is dealing with them. I must also say that their product is ineffective for me.

I am surprised by the many bad reviews
I agreed to the trial for Heal n sooth for what had been a relatively minor arthritis issue in my wrists and one of my big toes which was becoming increasingly bothersome and at times quite painful but not debilitating. The prescription creme I got from my physician offered some but little relief. To bump even slightly my hand in the wrong way would send a sharp intense pain through my wrist. Upon arrival of Heal n sooth I began following the prescribed starting dosages. Almost immediately my condition noticeably improved with not only relief from the pain but an undeniable reduction of the inflammation as well. After only a couple weeks my brother had a heavy punching bag. I thought I would see if I could punch it. I hit it hard a half dozen times with very little discomfort in my wrists. I have now ordered the cleanse and the joint formula as well as the Calcium lie book. I have spoken to the Help line a few times now finding them promply availeable and very accomadating and helpful. I am only into this treatment for about 3 weeks now so I am not prepared to give it 5 stars and will upgrade or downgrade as appropriate.

RETURNED BOTTLES SO STOP INVOICING
Dear Steve
I left a message on TrustPilot and you gave me your email address, which I emailed on Tue, 21 Mar at 22:09 UK time. I said that I was returning 2 bottles but one more arrived so I added that one and sent the 3 of them back from the UK to Las Vegas via registered post at my expense. I have seen that these have now arrived at their destination. I have emailed you just now (3 April 5:20 pm UK time) to confirm this and to say that any further products you send me will be marked as "return to sender" and simply placed in the mail box and not via registered post.
I see that despite this, you have invoiced me for April supply, even though I havent received it.
You need to stop sending me products and/or invoices as my bank has a block on all such transactions. I would not like to see you waste your products as they are not effective and I will not be using them.
I will not identify myself here in an open forum, but you will be able to match up my email sent to you today 3 April at approx. 5.20 pm (9.20 am Las Vegas time) and match the details contained in that email with this one here.
This is ithe last time I will communicate with you. Sorry to repeat myself but all bottles received from now on will be just marked "return to sender" and make its way slowly back to yourselves and, as the registered ones took two weeks to reach you, heaven only knows how long the "return to sender" ones will take.
Thank you

Thought it was a one off trial but instead a subscription that was difficult to cancel. Luckily picked up by Sainsbury's bank fraud squad.

Scammers!!!
As far as I'm concerned, this company is 'starless'. They said I should order for a free trial, asked fir my address after a week to send the 'free trial" and the result now is 2 times removal of £54.48 on 18th Feb and 54.04 on 16/03 from my account despite the fact that I did not send my Bank details to them.
Scammers ... that's who they are.

SCAM
I ordered the first lot of Heal n Soothe for my severe osteoarthritis. After two orders the company stopped sending me the product but continued to remove money from my credit card, so now I've paid for 3 orders that haven't arrived. So I've now cancelled my credit card so they can't steal any more money from my account. On top of this, I've tried emailing them several times but they never respond to my messages.

A predatory company - SCAM!
A predatory company that takes advantage of desperate people. My 70-year old mum inadvertently signed up for one of their "free trials" for pills that promised to stop her back pain. It is several months now that she has been receiving these pills, because they just keep on coming! She has no idea how to stop it and doesn't recall how she ordered it in the first place.
I'm writing this review from my mum's account. If Healthy Back Institute read this review - please immediately cancel her subscription and refund her for the useless pills you sent. Some postage bags have not been opened and we will be "returning to sender".
