Like many other people, I too got took by this sham of a company. I saw their products on tiktok, ordered one immediately, and never got it. They sent me a tracking number that didn't work, and when I emailed them about it, they didn't respond but updated the tracking number to "label created." It hasn't changed since then and I've been unable to get any kind of response or explanation from them. Just opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I purchased based off of Tiktok @savagemomlife it's been 2 months and nothing! I've emailed, instagram, , text message and no reply! I filed a dispute with my bank yesterday. They should not be able to do business! This company is a SCAM!!!

I am only giving them 1 star because I can't give them 0. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT buy from them. I ordered at the end of October. It is now December 7th and I STILL have not received my package. I inquired at the beginning of November and I was told it would ship. I received a tracking number and the status has yet to be updated over a month later. It says that the facility is waiting for the package to arrive... meaning they did NOT ship my package. I have reached out again... NO response.

This is disappointing. They have so much potential and zero follow-through. I wish I wouldn't have fallen for this scam. I hope this review will save the rest of you from making the same mistake as me.

Ordered in the beginning of October - was hopeful. I was very understanding through everything, finally got a tracking number but then nothing ever came. i had lost my tracking number so I reached out via instagram and instead of trying to get me my tracking number they just refunded the order. What a waste of time. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Ordered 2 packages on 10/23, tracking still at “label created”. I know at this point I will not be receiving either package. Sad, as I would have purchased more. I was hopeful in the beginning as I reached out regarding my order status and received a personal phone call from one of the guys stating it would be shipping end of that week. It took about 2 weeks since that call, to even get a tracking number (not even an updated one). I received generic Instagram responses with them trying to prove they weren’t a scam by sending videos of TikTok influencers opening their packages. Right. Obviously those with 1.1 million following are going to get theirs AND receive decent product vs. the rest of us. I’ve kept up with all the comments and videos on TikTok. I see the potential this company could of had, it’s sad so see that potential wasted already. So many ways they could have made this right! Customers should come FIRST and orders that were “missing”, “delayed”, or “lost” should have been made right and fulfilled or refunded before ever uploading a new launch. This is not worth the time, money, or hassle!

While I am still waiting for deliveries from another company I got their's much faster. The box was small but packed with good loot. Would recommend.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LOST LOOTS..... I placed a order on October 25, 2021 it is now November 29th 2021 and I have not received a package. I have contacted them and they said they refunded my money, but I still have not received it either.

I ordered on 10/25 they charged my credit card on 10/26 so they have been paid. here we are a month later and nothing they won't call or return my emails so next step dispute the charges thank god for chase they are good at returning my money and to savagemomlife on tiktok stop promoting this company

Absolute scam with terrible customer service to seal the deal. Ordered on 10/24 and still have not received. I asked for a refund five times and all I got was blocked on TikTok. Save yourself money and stay away!

Bought a deal and got 4 small stuffed baby sharks, 2 cheaply made shirts, and a package of screws. I do not recommend!!

I ordered from this company for my Christmas gift to myself. What a mistake. A month later, no answers to my emails or social media comments....FedEx said they "delivered" my package. I was looking out of the door the they "delivered" my package and no one was there. The package never got delivered.

LIARS. Purchased on 10/24, nothings shipped. Fake tracking numbers, empty promises in email and now no responses. I have been polite until now. You stole money from me and what seems like a lot of other people. I will be filing a report with my bank for fraudulent charges.

People complaining that they got cheap stuff/dumb stuff in their bundles missed the point, and their reviews should not count. That’s the luck of the draw and y’all needed to be prepared for that possibility.

This review is negative because Lost Loots is continuously promoting itself and offering coupons and “deals” and has not stopped orders despite being desperately overwhelmed, and allegedly (according to the only email I got) has just moved their warehouse across state lines - so clearly EXTRA BUSY. They are not answering service tickets, they are issuing fake FedEx tracking numbers to buy time, and they are way off of the schedule they promise which makes everyone very weary. My suggestion: stop taking orders until you can fulfill the current backlog and rewrite your messaging to create a reasonable expectation for delivery times. You’re about to get a sh!tload of furious Christmas reviews.

That said, I finally received a package today ordered on 10/24. Supposedly a bundle of 7 packages, however there were only 4. Super annoyed knowing that I will just be screeching into the abyss of their gmail account and getting no response about the other 3…dare I say…lost loots. Overall, the hunger for a little gambling and whimsy isn’t worth the journey LL will take you on - they will destroy that before your half-fulfilled box even reaches you. Go steal an Amazon package instead.

Ordered on 10/25 and it said 5-7 days for delivery. On 11/5 I asked for my money back and they said they were overwhelmed with sales and they only have 3 employees but they were shipping out 1000 packages that day and mine would be one of those. 22 days later and there is a FedEx tracking number and when you click on it, there is no shipping information. I have asked a few different times if I could just be refunded and they refuse. Will just have to dispute the charge with my bank. Very disappointed with the entire process.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered 2 packages on 10/15/21 & when I hadn't heard anything by 11/5, I reached out to them via Instagram. They apologized & said they were in the middle of moving warehouses & that the packages would be sent by 11/7. I didn't get an email with a tracking number until 11/10. When I clicked on the link for tracking, the FedEx page said the tracking number doesn't exist. There are a lot of comments via their social media accounts (though they turned off comments on their Instagram) of people complaining about the same thing but they have the same phoney response of "FedEx hasn't scanned it yet" but FedEx would create the label for you to even get a tracking number & you would get a "label created" status. It is now 11/15/2021. Still no legit tracking number. I have commented on their socials & opened a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Its a scam. You won't get your packages. They'll send fake tracking through fedex. Fake emails telling you that your order arrived. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Not worth it, 3 plus weeks later received 2 very small shirts, 2 travel dog bowls, a small pack of screws, and a piece to a ring light. WOW VERY DISAPPOINTED

Do not buy with them! They continuously give false excuses that they are shipping your items but a week later and changing excuses, items still haven't shipped. There own social media has even stated they would make sales for products they didn't have yet. And who knows how long shipping times are as every time you look they say different times, and can't even stick to any of those. I can't even rate the product as I never have received mine after three weeks.

Still waiting on my package(s) for 5 days the UPS tracking says label created but still no shipping information. Just says check back tomorrow, well its been 5 tomorrows and nothing. Seems I got taken for 80 bucks. Can't get anyone from customer service. Very disappointed
