From start to finish, Lost Paws have been absolutely amazing. 🐾❤️
It was quite daunting adopting a puppy from abroad, especially as we hadn’t met her beforehand, but Lost Paws kept us updated every step of the way with regular pictures and videos, which made the whole process so much easier.
The collection process was smooth and well organised, and we were kept informed throughout with updates on arrival times and everything we needed to know.
I would 100% go through the process again. We now have the sweetest, most loving little pup we could ever have wished for, and we couldn’t be happier. 🥰🐶

From filling in the application form to collecting our little bundle of fun from the airport everything was amazing. The team communicated regularly and sent updates and advice before hand and have since offered support through the aftercare team. An amazing charity that do so much to help these doggies find their forever homes. Would recommend to anyone looking to adopt a dog.

The lost paws team was excellent throughout the whole process. Arlo has now been with us a week and the team check in to make sure everything is okay and that he is settling in well. They are always helpful and there for advice. I would 100% recommend.

I adopted a dog from Lost Paws in August 2026. The communication and information given beforehand was excellent and the team are really helpful. They conducted a home check and the application was very thorough, to check that you are aware of the commitment you are making when adopting a dog. We were kept up-to-date with travel times when our dogs were coming over from Cyprus. We were also provided several info booklets with help when settling your dog in and the weeks before and after getting them which have really helped.

Got my first pup from Lost Paws in 2025 and i couldnt recommend this rescue enough,from start to finish it was amazing.It can be quite scarey adopting a pup you havent met but with all the videos and updates by the time they arrive you feel like you really know that puppy.It was such a good experience i adopted my second beautiful girl 3 weeks ago.Thank you LPR for my 2 beautiful girls

I am so grateful to Lost Paws and the wonderful people working so hard to care for these pups. My beautiful puppy Pickle (formally Cora) arrived early August.
Lost paws were extremely kind and helpful, they would send weekly updates, pictures and videos of her playing with the other pups, and of her going for walks.
I have an in person review of my property to ensure it was suitable for her, it was really helpful to get more advice too.

They were so well organised, once she and other puppies had set off on their journey to the UK, we had regular updates as to how they were and where they were so we were able to pick her up at the right time.

We adopted our little Winnie earlier this month. Was a little nervous when we started the process but Lost Paws were so helpful and reassuring. We received regular updates and photos while we waited for her to arrive. Any questions or queries I’ve had have been answered with care. After care has been amazing.

Absolutely wonderful experience adopting my lovely Jilly via Lost Paws. So quick to respond, very informative and super friendly throughout.
Incredibly organised process for the actual journey over to the UK, I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way, despite the team having to deal with new regulations for that trip.
I have been very fortunate not to need to make use of the support available post-adoption as Jilly has been an absolute breeze. Having said that, I do know I can reach out at any time for help and advice. I would definitely adopt another dog from Lost Paws in the future!

We adopted our little boy who arrived from Cyprus in July. The organisation couldn't be better or more professional. Most of all they really care.

From the moment we first made contact with them to their aftercare, the steam have always been there for us.

When we said yes to our Cody (who was copper) we received regular updates and videos and it felt as if we knew him before he even arrived and at the time of travel Lost Paws kept us completely up to date with timings and progress etc. and everything ran smoothly. Maybe even more importantly is the aftercare we have received. They check to see how Cody is doing and if there are any issues and really care.

Lost Paws have given me such a wonderful gift and I can't recommend them enough.

This is the second time I have rehomed a dog from Lost Paws. From the start of the process, the team are supportive, honest, provide excellent and informed advice, and above all, they have the dogs best interests at heart.
Communication is great and understanding the process and how everything works is really clearly explained.

We are so lucky to have adopted our beautiful boy this August thanks to Lost Paws. The whole process of adoption was thorough yet smooth. We had a virtual and in person home check, the communication has always been excellent and any queries answered promptly. The volunteers at the shelter in Cyprus sent regular photo and video updates, and the description of Bowie’s character was spot on so we knew what his character was like. Really important considering we hadn’t met him. We are still in regular communication with Lost Paws as they keep in touch to ensure everything is going well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lost Paws if you are considering adopting a rescue dog.

Had a great experience adopting through Lost Paws, they were in touch the whole way keeping us updated on our pup. There was a thorough check beforehand giving you confidence they made sure who were adopting the dogs were providing a good home. The collection was also well organised and kept updated the whole way. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The aftercare has been great as well always happy to answer questions whilst also requesting updates to make sure both us and Tilly are doing ok.

Lost Paws have been brilliant. The process from beginning to end was really smooth. All of the staff have been really helpful providing regular updates and post adoption check ins. They helped us feel extremely supported in the adoption process, especially during the physical transit. All descriptions provided pre adoption about the dog have been accurate and they worked hard to socialise dogs and expose them to different experience prior to arrival. Would absolutely recommend Lost Paws to everyone!

The support and advice that we were offered from the start of the process right up until collecting our new fur baby has been exceptional. Even though we have her at home now the support continues. I am blown away with how good the whole experience has been.

We got our lovely girl from Lost Paws and the whole service was incredible. Lots of communication and they were happy to answer all of our questions.

We adopted Bonita (now Bonnie ) on 10 May. We were really happy with Lost paws and how straightforward the process was. We know lost paws are there for ongoing support, which is reassuring as it will take time for her to fully settle in the UK and a different way of life . But she’s already making great progress. We are so happy with our beautiful Bonnie, we are confident she will be the most wonderful dog !

Rehoming a dog we’ve never met was a real risk for us but Lost Paws were just brilliant. They gave me full confidence that they choose the right home for the dog and we were subject to questioning and scrutiny (very kindly) and rightly so. Their updates, pictures and videos ensured that we got to know more about our chosen dog before he arrived in the UK. He’s now here and is just perfect! Exactly as described and he’s settled into our family with ease. For anyone dubious about this route to rehoming, don’t be. I totally recommend and will not hesitate in rehoming through Lost Paws again. Thank you for our boy 🐾🐾

I would recommend lost paws dog rescue to anyone that is interested in rescuing a dog. The whole process from start to finish was great!

We have adopted 2 dogs from Lost Paws within the last 9 months, which must show how impressed we are with this dog rescue. From the first enquiry to receiving ours pups, this has been the most amazing experience. You receive regular updates of how your dog is doing. The advice they give you is really informative. On flight day, you are given regular updates on each stage of the journey, which is really reassuring. Best of all our 2 adoptive dogs are perfect. I would definitely recommend Lost Paws 🐾 😍

From the processing of the application to bringing our gorgeous puppy home, I can only praise Lost Paws.
Communication has been amazing with almost daily videos of our growing puppy from allocation to her flying over at 16 weeks of age. During her day of transport we were kept fully up to date how the trip was going.
Our puppy has been vet checked, chipped, vaccinated and had worm and flea treatments. We have been provided with advice on looking after our puppy and ongoing support.
