Huge disappointment, lacks depth, bitter, customer service unhelpful

Sorry to leave a negative review but the Get to The Hopper coffee was hugely disappointing. Despite following the following: 2:1 ratio, yield 35-40g and extraction taking between 28-32 seconds with a Sage machine, it lacks any depth of flavour, the chocolate and caramel notes cannot be detected and it tastes bitter. Customer service not at all interested, repeated back to us by way of advice everything we already told them we were doing. We have contacted again but absolutely no response. Will not be recommending and will not be buying from again.

Very tasty

I have used their coffee for a while and love the taste! The caramel iced latte is particularly yummy!
Had a great experience with their customer service team too
