I was satisfied with the amount and quality of the clothes.
There was a long waiting time for the deliver but that's understandable given the world is going through a pandemic.
Nice initiative and good value for money.

I’m happy with my box, got some good quality shirts although it could be a bit more versatile. And it’s great to know this purchase helped somebody survive the pandemic.

I was really happy with my box, the clothes fitted well and were of a good quality. Great value for money, and a great cause. I was fully informed throughout regarding the stage of my order, and the customer service team were really helpful and responsive when I needed to change my address.

What a brilliant initiative. The clothes varied from "everyday wear" to "maybe not for me - but for someone", and the point was helping workers of unimaginable poverty over the world slump in trade - charity AND a lucky dip! Thank you, LostStock!

A really great initiative and reaction to what the big fashion houses did to the workers in Bangladesh and other poor clothes producing countries. The box we recieved had a good selection of quality clothes, my girlfriend was really happy with them. All the better while helping a good cause in the SAJIDA Foundation. I was more than happy with the items I received through Lost Stock and considering the circumstances believe they have done a good job! Of course they are areas in which it could have been improved but considering this was done during a global pandemic I am more than happy with the service. I understand this wasn’t everyone’s experience and can only speak from my own personal dealings.

I loved the concept of Lost Stock. Pot Luck clothes to be delivered in the future with a large part of the price going to makers left high and dry when the global supply chain collapsed.
I wasn’t expecting Gucci but was pleasantly surprised with the selection of high street items that arrived. Some I wouldn’t have thought to buy but liked none-the-less and others now go-to garments.
I went on to order two more parcels. They were like presents to my future self during lockdown!

Lost Stock marries the concept of a surprise gift with a great cause. Three pieces of clothing for an affordable price is great... but you're also supporting struggling families during a time when need is high. My experience ordering from the USA was great and I was happy to recommend Lost Stock to family and friends.

I really loved the lucky dip aspect of this as well as knowing I was helping a good cause. I scored the much coveted giraffe dress into the bargain. What’s not to like - it’s a genius idea !

I'm kind of taken aback by the negative reviews when people knew they were entering a clothes raffle aimed at saving families from ruin.

I returned to buy a box that would donate the clothes to the homeless so if there is such a concern as to what you may receive, focus on giving and stop complaining.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This innovative and ethical company set out to do something really positive in the crazy world we live in. The clothes were good quality, and I was happy to wait for the delivery however long it took, because they were doing their absolute best to make things work in a broken system.

Ordered my package and had it delivered to Australia. Communication was good when I had to change addresses. Parcel was slower than expected time frames but the company where open and honest about this and well it's covid... Everything is slower. Not their fault the postal service couldn't cope! Clothes were of good quality, not to my taste but that's the exciting gamble!
