Unprofessional company. I traveled with this company before, however when I needed to cancel my Philippines trip due to medical reasons the customer service and owner of this company showed her true colours. Lost Wild elude that they have a team running their business. However it is just one person, the owner of the company who fails to respond to Whatsapp messages, phonecalls or emails. First contact made Sunday 4th January 2026, lots of false promises and blatant lies later I received no response until my final message advising I was contacting my bank on 3rd February. Even so I have yet to receive any refund that was promised. I have been ignored like other guests when money is owed. I was met with comments "I do not operate a 24/7 website and I work as a hairdresser full time". I feel it is only right people know who they are dealing with when booking with this company. Beware, my advice would be to book your tour with a more reputable and honorable company.

Just completed the 21 day East and West Phillipines tour and oh my goodness, I can't give enough stars for how amazing this trip was. Given the relatively low cost of the trip and the fact that it is the Phillipines, I was prepared for very basic accommodation and a bit of roughing it (I even packed laundry soap, just in case). I was absolutely wrong. I don't know how Amy pulled it off but every place we stayed, every adventure we went on, and every part of the trip were beyond my expectations. Sure, some of it was more basic, but that just made it all real, and even then it was all clean with all amenities. I knew the Phillipines would be stunning, but I didn't know how much it had to offer and we got to experience most of it. Yes, I was with an unbelievably wonderful group of like minded girls who all just wanted to have fun and escape life for a few weeks, but the canyoneering, the Lobok River trip and accommodation in a village, the swimming with turtles, the snorkelling the most vibrant reefs, the boat trips (and boat crews), the impromptu day on scooters touring the island, the ziplines, the waterfalls, the beautiful island huts in the most ridiculous paradise...all just combined to make this trip something that I will always remember. The West had the back to basics island life vibe (which I loved) and the island trips and waking up in a beautiful beach hut right in front of the ocean was like something in a dream. Will never forget and never regret booking this trip.

Poted previously but it is now over 2 months and i am still waiting for a refund for a tour they cancelled! The only way to get in contact is via email and i have had no response for nearly 2 weeks. Whilst i appreciate the company are busy the customer service i have recieved has been beyond shocking. I just want my money back not exactly a small amount

Just completed the East coast Philippines tour! A fun filled fast paced tour, offering a wealth of activities, including snorkelling with turtles (Amazing!), Sardine run snorkelling, paddle boarding under the stars watching firefly's, waterfall visits, beach visits and so so much more!
Great accommodation along all stops, some even in tree houses! Our guide Amy has been amazing, the tour has ran smoothly and taken the hassle out of solo traveling.
Whilst on the tour I have met an amazing bunch of people and will definitely be returning for more lost wild tours in the future! Thank you so much the community you have created is super special!

Just finished exploring Eastern Philippines — my third trip with Lost Wild — and they keep getting better. The vibe and the people are insanely fun, and there are so many different, exciting activities throughout the trip.

The canyoning was such a fun, adventurous experience — totally different from anything I’ve done before. And Loboc River was one of my absolute highlights: paddling, jumping into the water with the group, and connecting with the local community. It was such a special experience.

I joint the Lost Wild Adventures trip in Sri Lanka and had the most amazing time. Shri our tour guide for the 11 days was absolutely amazing, he couldn't do enough for us. He really was the best!!
We were only a small group but that didn't stop the fun.
I really liked having a tour guide for the trip as got to know so many things about Sri Lanka and explore places I would never have thought off. I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone who wants to visit Sri Lanka, and even more so go solo! Take the step it will be the best one yet!
I will definitely be looking at more Lost Wild trips in the future.

This was a great holiday! It was well planned out and Shri, our tour guide, was brilliant, very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to ensure the experience was great.

Had the best 12 days in Sri Lanka with Lost Wild. The itinerary was great and we saw so much and was well organised. Our tour guide Shri was great fun and always had a smile on his face. He got some great pictures of us all and gave great recommendations of places to go to eat and drink. It was my first solo trip and the whole thing has just been amazing.

Shri, our tour guide was amazing! You can truly see how passionate he is about his country. He was always smiling and incredibly helpful and patient.. especially when it came to photos, always doing his best to capture the perfect shot. Our driver was also super nice and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience Sri Lanka. 🇱🇰 🧡

I had a fantastic time with Lost Wild. From the organisation, itinerary, Guide/Driver, and pre-holiday support - everything was excellent. I would like to put a special shout out to Shri who was an energetic, funny, and knowledgable guide! People are what make great memories & Shri was a big part of that!

I went on the Bali & Komodo Island 18 Day tour and had an absolute blast, not able to recommend Lost Wild enough! We had a group of 4, and we all bonded so well, having so many special experiences together which will be remembered for a lifetime!
The whole tour is very well thought out and Amy does an amazing job picking out such great activities and accomodation. Amy was so great throughout the trip, even checking in with us from the other side of the world! What a legend! And our guide Ilham was fantastic, bringing such a great vibe to the group, so caring and fun to be around.
If you’re looking for a new adventure to go on, I can highly recommend Lost Wild!

I had such a blast on the Bali and Komodo 18 day tour. Our guide Ilham was amazing, always checking in and making sure we were ok and having fun and always went above and beyond. From the accommodation, to the activities everything was topnotch. I would definitely recommend LostWild

Went on the Bali/Indonesia tour and came with so many new memories and friends for life! Everyday something planned, even on a free day there were always options and suggestions made for things to do! Amy went above and beyond for us and I couldn't have asked for more! Jam packed with activities I've never done before!
It was definitely tough on the body to begin with, but was so worth it! Loved my trip and my new LostWild family! So so grateful to the team and can't wait for my next trip!

I went on the Bali & Komodo island 18 day trip with lost wild in June and I can highly reccomend this trip! We had the absolute best time. Group of 7 and we left with such amazing bonds & shared experiences. The whole trip was so well planned out, every day was a new adventure with plenty of laughs along the way. Each place we stayed was well chosen and fantastic. Cannot thank lost wild enough for putting together such a brilliant trip. 100/10 😌❤️

I had an absolute blast of a vacation. I joined as a solo traveler and left with a family of friends.

The itinerary was perfectly planned and included all the highlight spots that covers every type of travelers preference from Instagram worthy spots for a Pic to the most adventurous type sports that challenges your fears (you can opt out if you wanted to) it included it all.

Lost wild adventures provided a budget friendly, action packed itinerary that makes dreams a reality!!

Quite disappointed in the service I’ve received in the last few weeks.

I had booked to go on the Sri Lankan trip but due to unforeseen circumstances the trip had to be cancelled. I’ve contacted the company several times via email and have had no acknowledgment or response, despite the fact I know they have received my emails.

Up until now the service had been brilliant and it does feel a bit of a letdown that when I request a refund as per the terms and conditions they decide to ignore me. It doesn’t reassure me to then book with them at a later date (which I was planning on doing).

Sri Lanka group trip
My group trip around Sri Lanka was a once in a lifetime trip. The planning, organisation, hotels, itinerary and activities were amazing, seamless and allowed us to make memories to last a life time.

Amy is always there to ensure everyone is safe, laughing and having the best time on the trip.

Shri is the best guide you could ask for, providing an authentic and fun experience and makes the trip as amazing as it is.

Travelling with lost wild adventures allows you to meet the best people from all over the world, making friends for life.

This was my third trip with lost wild adventures and they just get better each time. I can’t wait to book my next!

I've just got back from Bali, and I had the most amazing time ever. As a solo traveller, I could not have wished for a better company to explore the island with... 🌎🐢🏖🏄‍♀️🌞
It ticked all my expectations, swimming with the turtles in Gili and the Manta rays in Nusa Penida, was a dream come true. THANK YOU, Lost Wild Adventures 🩵

Kicking off in Puerto Princesa, we visited the famous Underground River, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explored its majestic caves by boat. Next stop, Port Barton, a hidden paradise that felt like a secret getaway. Next, the dramatic limestone cliffs, turquoise lagoons and secluded beaches of El Nido. Next up, one of the most memorable experiences, the island glamping night on Darocotan Island where we stayed in luxurious tents by the beach. It felt like we were living in paradise, with the sound of the waves crashing and the starry sky above us. Finally, the 3-day, 2-night island expedition from El Nido to Coron where we sailed through the most stunning waters I’ve ever seen, hopping from one deserted island to another. Each stop was like stepping into a postcard, with white sand beaches and clear lagoons. We spent our days snorkelling, diving, and exploring the islands, while our nights were filled with campfires, songs, and laughter (and maybe a few karaoke sessions).

This trip has it all, island-hopping tours, visiting hidden lagoons and snorkelling in crystal-clear waters with sea turtles, shipwrecks and vibrant marine life, with evenings around the bonfire, enjoying fresh seafood, and bonding with the group. All in all, a perfect 10-day island escape with amazing people!
