We have been in business for 94 years. Anytime we have an issue with our cash register software they are quick to respond and fix the problem. There is no better in the business and I highly recommend them..

Very pleasurable experience dealing with customer support.

We are a small business (about 20 employer) and we have gone through aberrant struggles in replacing or outdated punch card time clock. I stumbled upon this software and decided to give it a try. It has performed beautifully from day one. I had one issue (not product relayed) networking the three computers we use for this software. I called their customer service and spoke with someone who was professional, competent, and easy to understand. He resolved the problem quickly and we were back in business. I would highly recommend this product; especially considering how affordable it is.

CashFootPrint is the best and easiest program I have used in 27 years at my Business. And the programming for needed files reports ect is great.
Having needed extras programming implemented for my application. They did the work and integrated it into the program. And the networking for point of sale and back office system computer setup was perfect. I am very happy and rate it at 10 for my Liquor Store.

Great price, no sub fees, easy interface, great support. Easy to set up and teach our employees, awesome support direct from Lothill, made in the USA. Not much else to say we are very happy with the program

CashFootPrint is by far a better system for me. My previous POS system 1st....no support unless you pay dearly for it, LotHill gives free support or you can pay for Emergency support...at least I have the option. 2nd reason this system is better for me, the backup is where I can pick what is important to back up....Plus I can go in and view the backup,my customer base or my parts list and look at information with out opening the POS system. LotHill is certainly a better choice than the flower POS system I had before....Sad part is, when I chose my first POS system, it was between LotHill and the flower named POS system and I chose the flower....should of picked LotHill first for many reasons that would take too long to explain.

Left a message with the support team late in the day. Had my call returned early the next, and the issue was resolved within 5 minutes.

I really like this Program.
Great Price, a lot cheaper then other POS programs.
And CashFootprint just keeps getting better.
And they have great customer service.
Plus you can download a demo so you can try before you buy.

I've been in the computer business since '95 and LotHill's been the best customer support experience I've ever had. Prompt, thorough, bright. Zero complaints and lots of raves from my staff. 5 STARS!

I have used this program for over 3 years with no issues and when I needed to switch it to another computer, the support was terrific. He even made sure everything was updated and took the time to explain anything new. I was very pleased and impressed!

I have used many pos software trying to find the best fit for my stores, CashFootPrint is by far the best one I've used. Easy to learn, train and use. Tech Support is extremely helpful for those things you just don't know how to do. YouTube videos also fantastic for setup and training. I will and have recommended this to several of my fellow business owners.... And James you are awesome!

We've had Cashfootprint since we opened our doors on February 1, 2013. There are so many great things about this program and company.... the functionality both front and back end, the program evolves, it just keeps getting better and better, the price is awesome... especially considering you get many of the functions you'd pay big bucks for.

James is working on another upgrade option for businesses that have a store front and website.... CFP really is the best out there!

This software works great so far! We've had it up and running for a few days now and haven't had any issues. We suggested a couple tweaks and they responded promptly to those ideas. For the money I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple easy to install cash register program. Has many of the features and benefits of very expensive programs. Also love the ability to import inventory items via an excel spreadsheet!

system is really easy to use and very simple to understand. I am happy so far. I will highly recommend this to others who are finding simple solution to track there inventory and easy setup for point of sale.

Couldn't had a better team on working on my problem they done it in great time to get me up and running.

After paying for and trying 3 other POS systems, and reviewing dozens others, I found CashFootPrint to be the best for our General Goods store.
Have been using CashFootPrint for just over 4 months.
The service has been great, quick response time and quick repairs if needed, or explanation of what I was doing wrong. The problem was always solved in short order. Would recommend to any one starting a new business or wanting something better than they have now. I don't mine being contacted by anyone wanting to verify this review.
