Received a cardigan having waited over three weeks.
This is the most appalling quality and disgraceful garment - it's not worth sending back as they require
payment for this shoddy garment. The company are a
scam and should be taken off the internet.

Do NOT use this 'shop'. The clothes are poor quality and not as pictured. I sent my order back after a long exchange of emails - at a huge expense as it was returned to China. However the returns label they provided would not be accepted by Chinese customs so after more chasing the courier company the parcel was returned - so I lost the postage and cost of the clothes. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered what I thought looked like a nice cardigan. Received a polyester top that's revolting. I expect some people that are more savvy than me could work out how to return it, so I guess it's now a gardening top.
Absolute crap!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISINGENUOUS SCUMBAGS!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before buying from these scumbags!! The quality of the clothing is ABYSMAL!!!
You take potluck on the sizing I worked out my size would be their S but some things were too small or too big!! If you want to return the goods they tell you it is too expensive (for you the buyer!!) costs too much (for you!) and if you don't get it back to them in the time THEY say (that's also potluck!) then no refund! Never again!

Shape of dress not as pictured. Cheap material. Would return but having read other customers’ futile attempts will just learn from experience. Buyer beware!

Poor delivery service.take the money before it’s put into post. 3weeks still waiting.

Do not buy. Totally and wilfully misleading photos - the product I received (that arrived 3 months late) was made from cheap, thin material and looked nothing like the photo at all. Total scam. They also won't let me post a review on the website.

APPALLING!!! Hideous quality clothes - all made of 2 cent polyester with box-cut forms, no shape, dyed in cheapest colours and and unbelievably misrepresented by the photos seen on their website. I was a fool to have not read these reviews before spending £100 on what I thought were unique and trendy clothes. DO NOT BUY THESE CLOTHES!!!!

Additionally, as mentioned in other reviews (unfortunately read After the fact,) there is essentially NO return policy--- as by returning the clothes, you are actually spending More money on shipping and customs fees and they might not even give you the refund if they deem the return unsatisfactory for any reason. So, in an attempt to quell the customer, they offer a 15% cash refund. Obviously, they are still making a huge profit, as their clothes probably cost pennies to make, as evidenced in their unfathomable lack of quality.

An environmentally unsound business agenda - wonder why China gets such a bad rap - companies like this! Think of all the business you could be making Lotima, if you had an honest business plan and quality clothes - you could be Hugely successful if your clothes actually looked like what you are selling in the photos !

I ordered 2 tops. It was a bit of a risk but I wanted to see if they would look as good as they appeared on the website. You wouldn’t normally come across such interesting looking fabrics on the high street. I had a bit of a panic when I read the Trustpilot reviews and was worried they would never arrive, however after 13 days and several anxious emails (with no response), they turned up. To be fair, the print on the fabric was just as pictured and very pleasing. As expected the fabric was polyester although it has a cotton backing. Perhaps a little much of a sheen to the fabric to actually wear, we’ll see. I have seen better quality sewing but it is ok. Would I order anything again, I don’t think so, it was an interesting experiment.

For one star -read minus 5. The top I saw on their website was fine beige wool in a diamond pattern. The garment (too big) was a polyester baggy grey thing WITH A PICTURE OF THE PATTERS PRINTED ON IT
The trust pilot reviews are all the same and should appear alongside the adverts every time they flash upon the screen. False representation and no returns

My order took ages to come and the items looked nothing like the photos on their website. The quality is disgusting and cheap. I asked for a refund but the return costs to China were more than the clothes were worth. They said they would pay a 15% refund. I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered.

Please don't buy any clothes from them.
- If they don't fit you won't be able to return them.They make us believe that they are based also in UK but it isn't the case. You need to return the items to China, postage and custom tax are paid by you.No full refund possible either. The company will give you 30% of the price of the item if you keep it. You don't have any other option unless you are ready to spend more on tax and postage as I said previously.( Post office can't tell you how much the custom tax will be )
How does it works:They overcharge each item by 30%, you buy it,you keep it at the end, they give you 30% back, you loose 70% of your money, they keep 70%. I think there is a name for that!
-The real items don't match the photo. Photographers/photoshop experts they employ should receive the International photography Awards!! It looks so nice but when you get the clothes, the colour are different,even the shape sometimes.
-The quality is so poor, no cotton ...no way! The same standard of clothes from pound shops, for a pound money, and I had in the past found better quality there than at Lotimena !!
-Now I have few items I will use as a floorcloth!!
-You can't find any reviews on their website. I should have be more suspicious .
-I would give negative points if I could.

I really feel like I was naive and I'm responsible in a way but it is why I'm warning you against Lotimena.

Don't spend your money with them, you have so many more option online who sell nice clothes .

Absolutely horrible quality, item was not the same as the photo online. Ugly! Unwearable! Went directly to the bin! Don´t buy from this website. It's also impossible to leave a review on their webpage they have it blocked. BAD! BAD! BAD!

DO NOT buy from this company there clothing is of low quality and if you try to return anything it accidentally goes to the wrong address although that is the address they have supplied, it is absolutely disgusting service and they are con artists.

Absolute junk. The clothes I received were not correct size,very very badly made,and the jewelllery I received literally fell apart in my hands. Avoid this site at all costs, especially if you want quality produce. Dont be fooled, as I was, with the photos on their site. S.Curtis

Order a top, took ages to come and it looks nothing like the picture. Complained and was offered a ridicules amount for a refund but hands tied as would have to send back to China. PUT THE TOP IN THE CHARITY SHOP

I honestly don’t know how this firm gets away with there advertising,the quality is disgusting and cheap and it costs more for returns than what the items are worth.They will never get another order.GLamb

After paying £20 postage and waiting over 2 weeks for the items to arrive. They are nothing like the photos on their website. The items are cheap & ill fitting, alarm bells should of rung when I saw how cheap the prices were! Wanted to return the goods but after receiving an email from Lotimena saying you have to pay more postage, it will end up costing me more than my refund! I would definitely not recommend Lotimena and will never use them again.

Very disappointed. I would advise NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY, LOTIMENA!
The merchandise looks much better than the reality and the sizing is very small.
Delivery has to be paid and is not prompt and returns are very expensive to CHINA! -a fact not disclosed up front
I had to pay £12.10 to return two tops and it would have cost more if I had had the parcel tracked.
Comparable competitors offer free returns at the very least.
I am still waiting for my refund.
I have fed this back to them but am not sure the message has been received.

It’s the same company as Floryday and SHEIN ,cheap copies of other companies goods
