This company has simply changed its website name. It was called Damensein. I bought from Damensein in December and wrote a review for the company then. It’s products bear no resemblance to the lovely images. They are very poor and cheap copies using completely different fabrics, colours and shape. Do not buy from Lotimena. You will regret it.

I was very disappointed when I received my order as it wasn't like in the photo, it did have the same pattern in the fabric but the top I was sent is a poor copy of the original. I may wear it when weather gets warmer (its not a jumper as I thought but a very thin silky material) I won't be ordering from them again though

Terrible. Clothes don't look like the pictures and they fall apart quickly. Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering. No clear communication that clothes have to be returned to China

Wish i had read the reviews earlier, clothes are just a joke look nothing like the pictures complete scam.
Don't buy any products of this site unless you want disappointment.

No Stars / No customer service. I should have checked out company properly before ordering and am now kicking myself.
Order was put though twice by them and money taken twice.
No answer to emails.
I have struggled to send order back and eventually did at cost to myself. I have heard nothing since - no refund 😳

Had to give one star as there isn’t an option for no stars. Absolute rubbish and nothing like pictures. No reply to emails and eventually Paypal refunded in my favour. Not fit for purpose. Don’t waste your money

Unfortunately I did not read reviews. As well as disappointed with goods, this company charged me TWICE £50.17 total £100.34. I have contacted by email as no phone no no response so put it down to bad experience and lost this money.

Fraud, stay clear of them. Operating from China, no returns allowed and the product is not fit to wipe the floor. They prey on innocent people that see fake photos of clothes and they don't check the company's reviews. This is fraud but unsure how to stop them.

Same lousy experience as anyone else that has given feedback on trust pilot. I just hope that someone does something about this company. I can't believe that Instagram allows them to advertise on their platform because they are giving themselves a bad name by allowing this extortion to continue. The strange return policies that do not benefit the buyer and that this item comes from a BOX address in the UK are all red flags. Buyers beware and learn from us losers that bought from LOTIMENA.

Unfortunately I didn’t look at Trustpilot before ordering. The website looked good. The ad for it was on a trusted newspaper website.
After ordering it took some time. I was getting worried and looked at the website again and noticed that it was usually the same model for different shirts. And it wasn’t only the same model, it was the same picture.
When I received the order from China I only shook my head. The prints on the shirts were blurry and the shirts themselves low quality. I didn’t even bother to request a refund as I’d have to send it back to China which would be more expensive than the shirts were worth. These will be expensive rags to oil the garden furniture now.

I would not even give them one star as their photos of the item are utterly misleading . The photo shows a really pretty patterned wool knitted sweater. What arrived was a nylon printed long tshirt. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 When I asked for a refund I got a measly 15% or if I were to pay for postage again to China a full refund once they got it. I am so disappointed because I was looking forward to what was in the photo.

As other reviews have stated, don’t waste your money buying from this company. I bought (what I thought to be) a woollen jumper that looked lovely on line. I waited a month to receive it and when it arrived I was totally shocked. The garment that arrived was a long sleeved t shirt with a silk screen print on it. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and they have just issued a refund. The only good thing is the company respond quickly to correspondence. Unfortunately that’s the only plus!

Impressed by the apparent attractive designs of their clothes I made the terrible mistake of ordering from this company. Their clothes is cheap, nasty, ill fitting and unwashable. I tried to return the items but found that it would cost a prohibitive amount as the garments had to be returned to China. Avoid this company: they spend a lot on expensive and misleading advertisements in order to con money out of unsuspecting consumers.

Beware this company advertises falsely regarding fabrics used looks like Colton but is actually cheap polyester -sizing is also really difficult to choose accurately and have to pay for postage to send back which to China is very expensive not a company I would recommend for these reasons

I would give this minus stars if it was an option. I agree with all the comments here. This is a scam. The clothes are horrid - cheap, badly cut, stinking of chemicals, and I bought on the basis of fake reviews which have now been removed!

I only leave a star because there appears to be no option to leave none. The fabric of the clothes I bought was so bad that I shall be throwing them away. It was nothing like that advertised. When requesting refund it turns out that you have to send to China and pay the cost yourself, despite them being sent through an address in Reading. I shall reluctantly accept the 15% refund offered - if it arrives!

My review is specifically about ads like the ones from Lotimena on Facebook, they are almost all from China!! But none of them make this clear, they appear to be European or American. Always check Trustpilot before purchasing anything at all from ads on Facebook, it's rife with scam ads. Any purchase from China that advertises any product at a very low price, is a scam, be sensible, if it's priced low it's going to be inferior.

AVOID like the plague. I also wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot. This is cheap trash.The garments bear little resemblance to the photos (which are beguiling) in terms of body and texture of the fabrics used. I believe they take real items and copy the designs onto thin shiny polyester, which are then probably made up by virtual slave or child workers....I have emailed for returns label etc but suspect they either will not reply or it will be impracticable to return them. I'll have to put it down to experience. Silly me.

This top is NOTHING like the knitted jumper I ordered, I wish I had seen the reviews before placing an order. They have FLOODED Google Ads with colourful and enticing images WHICH ARE ALL TOTALLY FALSE. If I could give zero stars I would. They are THIEVES, adverts show an UK address, but has taken a month to arrive (nearly £7 postage added, £20 spent). It is sort of plastic fabric I see shell suits made from, probably not fireproof. In fact, I will probably test it, and tell trading standards. I suspect these are being shipped direct from China to avoid Customs scrutiny of bulk shipping, as I can see the Hermes label is covering another dispatch label.
